CJS keys is an abhorrent company with terrible customer service and a dishonest and fraudulent standard. I buy from several retail key sites to save a few dollars here and there, and CJS keys has consistently scammed me and made everything vastly more difficult than it should be. The first key I bought from them was called "fraudulent" by steam when I tried to activate it. After the first message stating that it was fraudulent, I was unable to activate the key, steam stated that it was already in use on another account. After submitting several screenshots and ample proof to Cecil M at CJS keys, I was finally issued store credit, which I implicitly asked for a full refund on my fraudulent product. Instead of fighting for several more weeks I decided to spend my store credit and be done with them for good. They poorly label thier products and I ended up buying a key that was not valid in my region. After requesting a refund for that key, I was rudely rebuffed, and not until I wrote a negative and lengthy review on the main trust pilot site, did I get any type of resolution. Their current standing on trust pilot is 7.5 out of 10 which means one in every four people have a bad experience with them, which is quite understandable considering how devious and dishonest they are. Avoid this company at all costs and seek out just about any other retail key site. CJS keys deserves to go out of business and be brought up on criminal charges. You have been warned.
Extremely rude and unpolite support
Extremely rude and unpolite support. They just want your money. Also they sent me key for a game which is duplicated and now they send me same messages all over and avoid to send me working key not duplicated. Well you got lawsuit for theft and scam and also police report from me as my dad is police in cyber crimes working. Thanks you CJS you wanted it i gave you it. NEVER BUY FROM YOU!!!
Extremely Rude and Truly Disgusting Company
Allow me to preface this by saying this was NOT a one-time bad customer experience - I bought a product from them a few months earlier, and that was chaotically handled, too, as well as it taking a week to receive my money back. I can firmly say I will never purchase from CJS CD Keys ever again, and I strongly advise those who read this to avoid this company and look elsewhere, as you will likely lose money rather than save a few pounds here.
Extremely rude and disgusting company. I ordered a game for £5.99 (Starbound) which was said on the product page to be restocked within 12 hours, yet I received no key or message from the company in that time, and the product page still said the product would be restocked within 12 hours, which is a very deceiving company practice.
More importantly, I contacted customer service after 12 hours regarding the awaited receipt of my product, and the representative was disgustingly rude, so much to the extent that I cannot understand how they are a legally established company. The representative and their company would not honor the price listed on their product page at time of purchase solely because they could not stock the product for the same price anymore, and they told me I would have to pay £13 for the same product if I wish to receive it. They decided to leave apparently "2 or 3" people (according to the representative) in disappointment and waste their time just to save 2-3 lots of £7 (they would not give the CD keys to me and one or two other people who already paid the price of £6 listed on their website's product page), which is utterly disgraceful - horrific customer service just to save less than £21. When I asked to speak to the manager of their company, they said their manager "isn't online right now", and then they said they could call their manager but there's no need because they claimed there's nothing better than a full refund, then when I asked to speak with them again, and they had the audacity to say "just because I'm a girl". The representative even said to me "We don't give away games for free", as if I was asking such a thing - extremely rude and unacceptable conduct!
