Came with a problem with my left knee and straight away you feel at ease, spoke about different treatments and explained which would be best, just absolutely top class from start to finish would recommend to anyone!!

I came to Connor with an issue (deep muscle knots around the right shoulder blade) that had persisted to the point that I was unable to carry out normal day to day activities without any pain or discomfort such as any gym workouts that involved the shoulders or back . After the initial consultation consultation Conor informed me that the muscle knots around the right shoulder blade was limiting my range or motion and was significantly contributing to my pain / discomfort , he also gave advice on how to solve the issue. after a 45 minute combination of a deep massage and cupping therapy my back in now better than ever ! the knots are gone and I can enjoy regular day to day activities without having any pain / discomfort . Get yourself booked in I highly recommend.

I came across Connor through his support / sponsorship of the women’s football plus grass roots so I had a slight strain on a muscle so decided to reach out to him . My enquiry over the phone was answered with good advice about my injury then asked if I needed further help so I booked in next day . A speedy response plus good advice very helpful plus during treatment a very freindly welcome and to be honest I feel a lot better than I did before I walked In plus gave me some recovery advice .

Went to see Connor over Christmas for the first time. Struggling with various pains and tightness. A full body massage for 1 hour with Connor has helped massively and will definitely be trying to make it regular visits to keep on top of it.

As usual, Connor, was ready for the appointment time, he was polite and professional and explained what he was going to do. His technique and strength was perfect and I can not rate him highly enough. I look forward to my massages with him as I always feel brand new afterwards. Thank you Connor, see you soon.

Connor has been excellent fitting me in for last minute massages to help me out prior to competitions and big lifts.
Most recently had a 2 hour session which was well needed for a full body massage to loosen up.

Went to Connor after an injury at the gym. I had pain and tension in my shoulders as well which Connor worked on in great depth and felt so much better afterwards. Injury was in my forearm which after Connor worked on it I went to the gym next day and managed to lift double what I did week before with zero pain.

I came to Connor with a ongoing injury with my right hamstring. The same day I visited CK Sports Massage Therapy & Rehabilitation I was back playing and played a full 90 minutes with no issue to my hamstring even scoring two goals. I had a deep tissue massage, cupping therapy with the KT tape on my hamstring, Connor also gave me aftercare advice and even checked in on me a few days later

Thank you Connor!! What can I say an exceptional back massage, I was struggling to move, lift and even do my job properly, before visiting Connor. He was worked his magic and has given my back a new lease of life after the massage. I am able to move and lift without any pain or discomfort. Connor made me feel at ease and was very professional throughout the experience and was even accommodating with allowing me to take my own massage oil due to my allergies.

Had my legs done and felt like I had new legs, helped loads with my knee has I had an acl injury a couple years back, I would recommend having this treatment if you have pain with your knees and legs

Went to see Connor after having problems with my muscles around my left shoulder. Can honestly say that after my deep tissue massage session I walked out of there feeling like a new person. He got the knots out from my shoulder and found other ones I didn't know I had. Very professional and easy to talk to. Would highly recommend for any muscular discomforts you may have. Will be seeing him again.

Connor was very knowledgeable and demonstrated exercises for me to do at home. Will be returning if I suffer anymore injuries and will definitely recommend him!
