Overall had a great experience with CK sofa. Sofa is exactly how I imagined if not better. Bit of a delay in delivery however all staff were very accommodating and helpful!

Earlier in December ,2025, CK Sofas contacted me after many attempts to call their attention to an undelivered order made in June, 2025. They apologised, and you can scroll back in review, right on this webpage, saying their company changed hands, and my order will be refunded shortly before the year was over. The review was under the name Dina Jose, and still no sign of any refund. Now, they say they started trading in August 2025! And gaslighting me about an order I made thru a traceable bank transfer. Unfortunately, I had to leave the UK, but I will be back and not only will I report their trading license, which I have, but will take them to court, for undelivered goods, that remain uncredited back to my account, worth of 2000 British Pounds. Shame what our country has come to, with the likes of CK Sofas Inc trading in the name of great British taste.
I made an order on the 13 th June 2025, of two antique brown armchairs, worth over 2000 pounds . Both armchairs remain undelivered and unrefunded.
I need my money back, they never got back to me with genuine solutions or action. Just empty emails.

Do not buy from them! Customer service very poor and that is putting it politely. Made our footstool 2 inches too big and then said they will replace it in good will(even though it was their mess up). After 2 weeks after we was promised it(excuse after excuse) we have received the stool, after my partner unpacked it the stool had glass in it which not only cut the footstool fabric on the cushion but also my partner's hand open!!! Messaged them saying they need to sort it and to reply to me by days end but as expected it has been ignored and no reply. I have all evidence and pictures of chat and damage to stool and my partner. I will be taking CK sofas to court. They are not registered with the ombisman but I will be getting in contact with my connections within the health and safety board so expect a visit CK Sofas and a letter from my legal. If I could up load the pictures I would. DO NOT BUY FROM CK SOFAS!

I ordered a sofa on 5 January with an advertised 1–9 working day delivery timeframe.
Over the following weeks, I had to repeatedly chase for updates. Deadlines were given and missed multiple times, and communication only occurred when I contacted them.
I was eventually given a delivery date, which was never properly confirmed. I waited in all day, and no delivery took place.
After further chasing, I was told the sofa could not be completed due to a manufacturing issue. I cancelled the order.
The company confirmed in writing that:
• the order was cancelled
• a full refund had been processed
• the funds would reach my account by a specific date
That date passed.
No funds were received.
No proof of payment was provided.
Further messages were ignored.
A formal Letter Before Action was sent on 19 February. The refund remained unpaid.
I was later told the transfer had failed due to a bank change (Monzo to Lloyds) and that it had been “re-processed correctly” and would arrive the next day. It did not.
Update 25 March 2026:
Due to continued non-payment and lack of response, I issued a County Court claim.
Judgment has now been entered in my favour for £820. This is a formal court judgment.
The company has 7 days to make payment. If this is not received, I will proceed with High Court Enforcement, and further costs will be added.
Despite responding to other reviews, this company has not responded to my emails, WhatsApp messages, or a County Court Judgment issued on 25 March 2026.

I bought new Raffaelo sofa online in the beginning of the January. Delivery took much longer than we expected but we finally got sofa which is stunning! After using sofa two weeks we noticed quality issues with sewing. However, customer service was very responsive and I am waiting to get affected cushions to be replaced.

my daughter had a few issues with receiving her sofa
it was suppose to be 5 days but after waiting a few weeks she decided to cancel
she waited a week for a refund
and money was returned as promised
it’s a shame she didn’t get sofa but all sorted now

Absolutely awful experience with CK Sofas.
I ordered a modular corner sofa on 1 January 2026, with the promise of delivery in 1–9 working days. Weeks later, no sofa, multiple broken promises, and repeated lies from both customer service and the so-called delivery driver.
Despite chasing them constantly, I was given fake delivery dates, false updates, and even more frustrating, a delivery driver who lied straight to my face. He called me well after normal delivery hours (8:55 PM), claimed he was outside my house when he wasn’t, refused to knock on the door, ignored my return calls, and was rude and dismissive when confronted.
They kept blaming the “courier company” as if that excuses anything. Let me be clear: you pay CK Sofas, not some courier. They chose the delivery company, not me. The responsibility lies with them and they failed completely.
Because of their actions, I was left embarrassed during a planned gathering at my new home, with no seating, after they guaranteed delivery multiple times. No advance notice. No proper communication. Just excuses, delays, and total negligence.
After pushing hard and demanding accountability, I finally got my money refunded, but not before wasting weeks of time, emotional stress, and total frustration. The so-called compensation offered was a joke compared to the damage done.
Buyers, BE WARNED: if you value your time, peace of mind, and honest service, avoid CK Sofas at all costs. I regret ever trusting them.

Our sofa arrived on 01/01/2026, and we absolutely love it! CK Sofa Inc LTD did a fantastic job.
Although there was a small delivery delay, it wasn’t an issue for us at all. CK Sofa kept us well informed throughout the process with excellent communication and even offered a goodwill gesture for the delay, which we truly appreciated.
We’re not sure when we’ll redecorate our living room again, but if CK Sofa expands their range to include other furniture, we would happily purchase from them again!
Great sofa & quick deliver, was a mix up and given incorrect delivery date but they contacted us and it arrived not long after.
Communication was out of this world, delivery guys were amazing, friendly and helpful. They promised to deliver for Christmas and due to my sofas being the last delivery, they delivered at 03.00, because they did not want to break a promise.

Once ordered, Alex confirmed that I could get my sofa within 1 - 9 working days due to my situation which was, having no sofa at all and that I requested for fast delivery.
Once I placed my order, I noticed that I was then having to follow up to check on it. It had been a week and I had heard nothing. I was then told that my sofa would've been delivered on Monday 1st December. I followed this up again, as I heard nothing about the time slot, and this message was left on read. I followed it up again on the Monday to then be told that my sofa had been damaged in transit. I was fine with this as I was reassured that it would've been delivered Thursday. That didn't happen. I chased them twice on Thursday for updates to just be told that delivery wouldn't be possible and that it would be delivered on Friday. Can you guess what happened? No delivery on Friday! Alex calls me on Friday to say that the sofa would be delivered within the next 72 hours to which I was really not impressed with considering this is now coming up to a week later than the confirmed date. Alex very kindly said that he'd give me a £100 refund and promised it would be delivered on Saturday 6th by 10pm latest. I'm sure you've gathered the story by now but guess what, still no delivery! I was on the phone to the 'Management Team' late Saturday night questioning about my sofa and if it was ever going to get delivered. This is where it now gets funny...he told me that the delivery driver will be at ours for 10:30pm. The driver calls me telling me that their van has broken down so they can either deliver on the Sunday or it will be 11:30pm that night. At this point I told them to leave it as I'm cancelling the order as I'd given up. The driver calls me back 5 mins later telling me that they can now deliver the sofa at 10:30pm so not too sure what happened with the van being broken down but ok, we'll go with it. We agreed on 10:30 but surprise surprise, I then receive their Waze update stating that it was going to be delivered at 11:49pm. Absolutely not! I reached back out to the 'Management Team' and told them to cancel my order. I tried calling them on Sunday morning to start my process of getting the money refunded but no answer. They kindly text me stating they were with family and the office was closed so just to text them instead. I asked for my proof of refund to which I was told 'If I'd just waited another hour, I would've had my sofa by now' and that their drivers had travelled 3.5 hours to get to me. Essentially just trying to make me feel guilty. This was incredibly unprofessional considering I had already waited an additional 5 days for my sofa and all I kept getting was pushbacks. By this point I was extremely frustrated but luckily Alex came to the rescue (when he decided his phone was working and conveniently missing all of the calls from me) stating that he'd processed the refund for me, with proof.
The only thing delivered promptly? My refund—and that’s saying something!

We were a bit worried about making a large purchase online, we needn't of. From the start we were kept informed on the progress of our order and on the day of delivery the driver kept in touch. On arrival they were polite and friendly, they unpacked the sofa and set it up, making sure we were happy before leaving. The quality is great as is the price, plus to top it all it's so so comfy.
Best sofa I've ever purchased! Very well made. Beautiful, soft, durable fabric and so comfy! Great communication from staff, fast and friendly response always. Overall super happy with my purchase, would highly recommend.
