And the sofa has finally arrived

And the sofa has finally arrived. Diff dimensions, diff legs, not the sofa we ordered. The colour is the same - well done on that front! Very uncomfy. Let’s see what the customer service is like now…will be ringing in the morning….

The delivery men went out their way…

The delivery men went out their way bless them because it had to be delivered upstairs took them ages, but they’ve done it. What an amazing service. And say no more about the sofa OMG it’s beautiful. I can’t believe I paid that little amount for a beautiful sofa like this. It’s unreal. I had the navy oxford in velvet

I brought my sofa from this company…

I brought my sofa from this company they are absolutely unprofessional and very disorganised if you’re looking for quality I would suggest you don’t waste your time and money as you’ll surely be disappointed. They delivered several sofas yet the last one they finally gave me collapsed and instead of them compensating me with a replacement free of charge I was being asked to purchase another one at a reduced price clearly after they knew it was a manufacturer error avoid them at all cost as you’ll definitely regret wasting your money and time.

When your sofa was first delivered in 2024, you raised concerns about the colour. However, the item delivered matched the exact colour you selected when placing your order. As a gesture of goodwill, we still offered a replacement. Upon the second delivery, the same concern was raised again, and once more, we arranged another replacement to ensure your satisfaction. On the third delivery, you confirmed that you were happy with the sofa.

After approximately one year of use, you contacted us regarding an issue with one seat cushion. Even though this was well outside our standard 30-day return/refund policy, we offered to replace the affected cushion to resolve the issue promptly.

Unfortunately, a full refund is not possible after this period, as per our policy. Despite this, we have remained willing to assist and even offered further support. We have attempted to contact you to arrange the replacement, but have not received a response.

We remain committed to resolving this matter and are more than happy to proceed with the cushion replacement. Please get in touch with us so we can assist you further.

The sofa looks nice and fits well in the room. It’s comfortable for everyday use and feels practical. The design is simple and works easily with the rest of the furniture. Overall, I’m happy with it and it suits my space well.
