CKWEDGE.COM SCAMMERS SAME AS DOXIMU.COM

It's a scammers site or linked to scammers.
I purchased a Pebblebee tracker, like a Apple find my keys thing. I could not get it to connect to my newish phone so used to get help part in the app, only to be sent to CKWEDGE subscription site that I thought was the Pebblebee subscription site. because i kept refusing to sign up for the sum of 0.01 but could not get help or make the thing work I decided to pay the 0.01 only to find they took 39.99 two days later. it's taken me three days to hunt down this company only to realise there scammers.
I emailed Pebblebee but they just don't get it, they don't understand as its their app they are reasonable but then there americans, says it all really. Anyway my bank said it was my fault at first but now i have emailed all the evidence i hope to get my money back, needless to say the Pebblebee device went back and because I got it from Amazon they are paying me back my money as well. One day they will all get what they deserve. Just a note, Doximu.com took money from my account a month before that the bank replaced, they never new about ckwedge same scammers until I gave them the info, now they will have to pay me my money.

SCAM/FRAUD AVOID

SCAM/FRAUD AVOID
This is one manifestation of a scam/fraud company. See laso, Glintum.com and Deximu.com. They all operate the same scam. You go to download/register a legit app (in my case Ring Go for car parking) and they hijack the site to get your payment details. Three days later you get a £39.99 subscription taken for service you had no awareness of and didn't sign up for. I was lucky my bank spotted them and blocked and reported as a fraud but others may not be so lucky. I now have to wait for new card and PIN.

Avoid greybbox that says create account before download adding app. It's fake…

I ve seen this website popping up on Ford Forums, Pay by Phone and others. They copy the app downloads but a grey box comes up saying create account. Once you set up the account they will make a small initial charge then once accessed they start taking more money out of your account. Don't contact them for refund as the money will keep going out. Get in touch with you bank and then report it to action fraud. The more people report it will help action fraud build up a picture and hopefully track them down. This is a big enterprise and a very clever scam probably making millions.

Every time I scan a QR code latest was from a London Theatre previous was VW Connect App (had to cancel my bank card) I get connected to CKwedge. Have they put something on my phone that interacts with CKwedge when I QR scan or have CKwedge corrupted loads of QR codes. If on my phone how do I remove it.

Bought Ring camera doorbell

Bought Ring camera doorbell. Downloaded Ring app from Google Play. Opened app, where it said 'Create an Account', so I did, which included my credit card details. Was then on a gaming/moves site, which me suspicious. Went to First Direct app and froze credit card, then rang First Direct, who confirmed that there had been a zero-value transaction , but they would stop any future attempts to take payments.
On going back into the Ring account, you can see that 95% of the screen is taken up by this create an account' , but at the top there is a tiny line directing you to the Ring app. How do Ring allow this.

Scam. Be careful

Scam. Used a QR reader and the open button is located to make you think your opening the website you want. I should have been more careful. I've cancelled card and closed account down to protect myself. No way to access the "subscription" to cancel it.

Scam beware

tried to download the ringgo app in full sunshine.
MISTAKE false hit on google led me to a ringgo app and registering details, no indication I wasn't registering with ringgo until I entered my details and it took me to CKWEDGE, then on to estream.com, a gaming site. When I realised I tried to unsubscribe by logging on to the site. Information incorrect, no record of this email address on out site.
Contacted my bank, blocked the payment and cancelled my card. I see that others on Trust Pilot have experienced this problem. Perhaps Trust pilot could forward this info to the police?

Absolute scam

Absolute scam. Came up on a QR reader when scanning a barcode. Asked for my card details as a zero payment which I stupidly thought was legit for where I thought I was being directed to. I sussed straight after so have rang the fraud department at my bank straightaway. They told me a regular direct debit has now been set up and they are more than likely going to start taking money from my account so they've cancelled my card and are blocking the company from taking anything from my account. Came up as Netrixa or something similar. DO NOT FALL FOR IT.

Ckwedge could be dangerous

I thought I was registering for the RingGo parking services but became suspicious when I wasn't asked the right questions. Later discovered that ckwedge had somehow pushed in and I had given them my credit card details. Phoned the bank immediately and cancelled card.

This site is a complete scam

This site is a complete scam. My wife went to the parking site to pay for parking but this site opened and took the card information. Then my wife realized that this was a scam site and so she had to go to the bank and freeze her card. Do not trust this site at all.

SCAM SCAM SCAM

This website has infiltrated one of my apps on my phone...it asks you for card details and makes you think it's only for verification purposes and that you won't be billed ... then in the faintest of faint writing at the bottom of the page... a subscription agreement for £39.99 a month...total scam.... you should be ashamed of yourselves... I wonder how many vulnerable people you have taken advantage of....disgusting.
