Good service from ordering to delivery

Do not purchase the ivory composite decking! This is not stain resistant what so ever. We purchased the decking in summer of 2024 and it now has black/grey dots all over it. Cladco are not helpful at all. They say clean the decking.....really....I didn't think of doing that! It's a stain and won't come off. It's all over the decking. I just want my money back! We've paid thousands for this decking and it's looks terrible in less than a year! Stain resistant, easy, low maintenance, 15 year guarantee clearly means nothing to them.

If you're considering using Cladco, think twice. We used Cladco's online tool to calculate how much decking we needed (and got our measurements checked by 2 other people as we knew how important it was to get the right amount!), then added 5% on top as instructed by Cladco. Despite this, we ended up 4 boards short, and we had to place a second order in the same shade. The new batch of boards turned out to be a totally different colour, despite being advertised as the same shade, so the final result looks awful. We've ploughed so much time, money and effort into this project over the past half a year, being stuck with this outcome is gutting. Giving 2 stars instead of 1 as our dealings with Cladco were good until the end.

We used this decking in garden overall and new Veranda room. Very happy with the product. Been down a few months now and no issues, looks great and excellent experience. Highly recommended

I installed the IVORY composite decking in the summer in 2024, this now has blotches and looks really poor, i have advised Cladco who have advised that it just needs cleaning, i clean this deck on a regular basis so it is clearly not issues with cleaning, the staining looks like it is in the pigment of the colour, avoid this one

OK I had hoped for the great British PROMISE - ie delivery tomorrow but not which tomorrow. You however decided in your wisdom to deliver earlier than expected - the result - I had hoped for a weekend / Christmas period, off, but ended up fighting roofing sheets in the wind up a 5m ladder, - its ok it was the weekend H&S no where to be seen! However job done, 30 x 6 m lean to erected and clad, and no movement in the recent 50 mph storm despite a sleepless night. Would I use you again? EVERY TIME!

Great product delivered at right time & right price

A bit late in posting this review, but I will say the guys at Cladco were extremely accommodating. Delivery of the lengths was treble the cost of the bits in needed and thankfully the 3.6m lengths could be cut to thirds for what I needed. I explained this, and asked was there anyway I could come and collect them but cut them down there.
They said of course, moved me to a corner out the way of any other operational works, I managed to cut the lengths in about 10 mins and load and clear up after myself.
They were brilliant and totally understood that in my circumstance it didn’t warrant paying for them to be delivered.
I was first onsite and gone in 20mins, thank you guys, phase 3 starts next year so I’ll will be back for more.

Appalling defective Cladco coating on a large area of our agricultural building roof has resulted in a shambolic looking building and a constant tidy up of plastic litter from surrounding properties for the past three years. Cladco have been made aware of this but are refusing to either send a representative out, or as yet, to offer any form of compensation. The coating failed and began to peel off within only 2 years. We have spent many thousands of pounds with the company over the years, this lack of customer support on an obvious failure is disgusting. We'd never use them again.

There are many other providers of roofing materials. Please consider them all before choosing Cladco.

Great telephone service prior to placing an order. The website was easy to navigate and prior to delivery communication via email was excellent. On delivery day the driver kept me informed of when he would arrive, he helped me to carry my roofing panels to where they needed to go. The order was very well packaged and I wouldn't hesitate to use Cladco in the future. Thank you.

Popped into Cladco Andover a couple of times recently and found the Staff very polite and helpful. Would definately use again.
