Excellent product and company is very easy to deal with. Only thing is delivery is expensive. Nearly £10 for one bag of screws seemed a lot.

After care with this company is disgraceful be aware ordering with them there quality of decking is very poor 2 years old it has discoloured and warped terrible I would not replace with them even if they offered it for free ! Recently had to order end caps from them and ordered wrong colour by mistake thinking they might of swapped them for me but charged me a 15% restocking fee just a terrible company all round to deal with ! Don’t bother replying to the review I’m not interested in what lies you have to say !
Very disappointed with the aftercare and help.
We are a small business providing people with composite cladding and decking and recently we had a complaint from one of our customers regarding the colour of the composite trims. We understand some batches can look different but on this occasion it was so obvious the customer won’t accept them.
Cladco wouldn’t help us at all, not even offering to replace the trims or discuss the issue. It was a case of “you bought them on separate times so it’s your fault”Very sad that they aren’t willing to help small business like ourselves. We now have to pay for all new trims which is a big amount to us.

We recently had a large area of our garden decked with grey composite decking from cladco. We chose this for low maintenence due to health/mobility issues. This cost us thousands and we are very disappointed with the quality. It has faded considerably in a couple of months, it marks very easily, black dots appeared in various places, and when we clean it we end up with dark stains everywhere where the water dries. It looks old worn and dirty. We contacted cladco with photos and were told it takes up to 6 months of weathering for this product to settle. The company that fitted it said they have never had these issues before. Cladco have taken our money, supplied a terrible product and now aren't interested when we contact them

Ordering was easy to do online. It was delivered quickly and the driver helped us unload to where we wanted to store, rather than the usual dump and drive off.

Don't buy cladco decking bought 6m x 6m a few weeks ago and already the decking his fading were table as been stood also marks very easily. The product his not fit for purpose I'm starting a case to have them taken off google and claiming on my card insurance to recover all the monies and compensation for all the stress I don't need this in my later years this was to see me out instead we have all the stress of taking the boarding up I'm just checking companies house for the directors and plan to hold them accountable for a product which his not fit for purpose

Please read the small print before you order from this company. The product is very poor quality and as you can read on the website, will fade over the first few months and then settle - in reality this means the product is affected by the sun and will fade in places exposed to sunlight dramatically. The website also advises how poor fitting can affect the boards, along with temperatures which are too hot or too cold, living in the UK the summer is dramatically different to the winter - so in reality this means that the boards will be affected and they won't do a thing about it. Over the winter our decking has swollen at either end of the decking, meaning more water is trapped on the surface of the decking. We fitted this last May so its just under a year old. I have had the standard customer service responses which just refer to the terms and conditions etc. I am really disappointed after spending a lot of money on composite decking, composite joists, following all instructions to have the decking fade so much and swell.

Cladco delivered the wrong fittings for my decking. I had to re order the correct ones and return the incorrect package. I sent everything back but Cladco insisted that I hadn't and refused a full refund.
Absolutely terrible customer services. Would not recommend.

built a garden room for customer less than 6 months ago, today i received a call back from customer the cladding has stained and gone moldy awful lookin staining, i informed the customer that the product is absolutely rubbish, they purchased this cladding thinking it was maintenance free, I have recommended maybe painting it or i can replace it with hardie vl plank which does not need any maintenance or a red cedar wood which needs oil every 2 years, The customer has decided on the hardie plank, I do not recommend this product at all if you do decide to use this crap get a sample and leave it outside for a few months first it is 100 percent rubbish and over priced

We are so far satisfied with the actual products we purchased, it is the delivery and complaints service that has really marred our experience with Cladco.
To say I am dissatisfied and disappointed with Cladco would be a huge understatement. Whilst we are happy with the polite and professional ordering process, as well as the contact with Leah in Transport, the depth of unprofessionalism of their driver left me shocked and uncomfortable. Including pestering and inappropriate phone calls from the driver; we have never had an experience of a delivery person like this before.
We had hoped that Cladco would be able to redeem this experience via their complaints procedure; unfortunately this wasn't the case. It took eight weeks from them receiving my complaint before I received an answer, and this was only after me change them twice. It doesn’t instil confidence that our complaint has been taken very seriously, and instead treated more of an admin task that could be forgotten about, and then when chased needed to be sorted to go away.
Ordering from Cladco may involve a certain amount of luck. You may have a satisfying experience depending on the staff you deal with, or you could have a very poor and unprofessional experience. I can't personally recommend the risk of rolling those dice.

First time buyer and now last time too.
We’ve ordered products for a garden shed.
Ordering 300 screws that require a non standard drill socket - which no local merchants stock. CLADCO should have raised this. To be honest, it would have been far smarter to design with a standard socket in mind. Or better still, include one with the order.
Outcome is I had to drive 2.5hrs to pick up this £9.60 socket and construction (2 man team) was delayed by a day.
We also needed metal to metal screws which they didn’t guide on either.
When I got to Andover, I asked to speak to a ‘manager’, who showed zero empathy. Frankly they didn’t give a sxxx.
I’d recommend shopping around. Don’t expect any service from CLADCO. The product is average and the order / delivery process is also unhelpful.
Even the reply below is inaccurate. Rubbish customer service. They don’t know what they’re doing.

AVOID AVOID AVOID! Had composite decking laid less than a year ago which was purchased via the contractor. It has faded so badly it looks like it has been there for many years. I contacted Cladco and sent photographs to show how bad it looked. They were not interested and just sent a very Condescending email. I had several conversations with them to try and explain why I was so disappointed but they did not listen! Customer Service is appalling they did not offer any solution apart from suggesting that I purchase a decking reviver at the cost of £63. It was only after several emails and phone calls that they have agreed to send a sample of the reviver. They have not offered an apology for the stress this has caused or offered a suitable solution. I am in the process of raising a formal complaint which I have no doubt will fall on deaf ears!!! Please take notice of the negative reviews before deciding to purchase.
UPDATE
My complaint has not even been acknowledged let alone replied to! The sample of the reviver has not arrived! I rest my case 😌 There will never to a resolution to this. Very stressful and wholly unacceptable!
FINAL UPDATE
I have now had a conversation with a senior member of staff who was very understanding and has now resolved the issues. He has promised to take all my comments on board. I finally feel like I have been listened to!

I have two different batches of cladding which didn’t fit 100% and was also two different shades of colour of the amount of money I spent on this item I would’ve expected a lot More.
I bought it through Jewsons and we did question it but we got blanked. Would not buy this product again or anything to do with the company.

On 8 May 2024, I ordered decking (Order #000157447) from Cladco’s website for a DIY garden project. The product I selected was advertised with wide grooves on one side and small grooves on the other, as shown in the website images. However, when the delivery arrived on 15 May 2024, the driver presented boards with thin grooves on one side and a wood pattern (no grooves) on the other. I rejected the delivery after showing the driver the product images from Cladco’s site, which clearly differed from what was sent. Additionally, the product code on my email confirmation did not match the code on the driver’s paperwork.
The driver contacted Cladco’s support team, and I spoke with a representative who insisted I accept the incorrect delivery. She was unprofessional and dismissive, even suggesting they no longer stocked the item I ordered—despite the correct product being visible on the lorry for another customer. Only after I refused to take responsibility for an unwanted delivery did she relent and request photos of the items, which I later emailed.
Subsequent email exchanges were frustrating. Cladco seemed confused about why receiving an incorrect item was an issue and delayed my refund, initially promised within 5-7 working days. After seven days with no refund, I followed up multiple times with no resolution. Ultimately, I filed a successful chargeback claim with my credit card provider. The next day, Cladco contacted me to say they noticed the chargeback and would not process the refund they had already failed to deliver. Their logistics errors, poor communication, and unreliable refund process made this a highly disappointing experience.
In contrast, I later purchased Millboard decking from Lawsons, where the product and service were flawless. I cannot recommend Cladco based on this ordeal.

Poor telephone sales advice resulted in the wrong product being ordered and delivered.
Customer Support were a complete joke, ignorant of own products and unhelpful. They said correct product was a special order. Not true,| listed alongside the ordered product on their website. Asked for correct product to be delivered and unused incorrect product returned (on same lorry). They said that pick up of incorrect item was at their discretion and refused pickup. Told I had to pay for return of incorrect product (which is 3 metres long and weighs 21kg and hence return cost higher than product value) and also pay for delivery of correct product.
Quality questionable, coating scratches easily leaving exposed metal.
Strongly suggest finding an alternative roof supplier.

This is the fourth order I have placed with Cladco over the past 6 months. Ordered on 03/03/25, delivered a few days later. Again driver very helpful and dropped roofing exactly where we wanted it. Great Product as well.
