Nice decking, crap logistics.
They’re fine if you’re based in the West Country. But if you’re in London/SE I would avoid like the plague. A lack of stock up here means everything has to be sent from Devon…at £250 a pop. So if, as I was, you’re a board or two short, it costs £250 just to ship three boards…that cost just £13 each. And delivery times for something as simple as a pack of screws is a week. It’s like being stuck in 1954.
So now I’m going to have to use a different make of decking to fill in the gaps. Had I known about the excessive cost and lengthy times for delivery I would never have used Cladco.

Our delivery charges are based on the specialist handling and transport required for long, heavy items such as decking boards, which unfortunately can’t be sent via standard postal or overnight services like Royal Mail. Very serious company
Very serious company, everything arrived on time and the decking is great. Easy to install, all the fittings are perfect. The only downside, the screws that are coming with the fixings. They are really rubbish, soft, and being made from, most likely, aluminium, or something similar, cannot be used with magnetic drill bit. Otherwise, everything perfect.

Really professional company. Ordered some samples. Package received was excellent. Details especially. Also received follow up emails offering help to order if required.
I know they are trying to sell their products. But this company is very professional, polite and friendly. Offering advise. But not pushy.

Beware if you want your decking to last more than a couple of years
I Installed cladco composite decking 5 years ago and over time the boards have shrunk leaving gaps of 25mm at each end of the board and it looks absolutely dreadful. I have contacted Cladco but apperently it's all my fault as I should have put an extra t-clip at the end and because I didn't the the boards have shrunk. What a load of rubbish. The t-clips are designed to allow the boards to move so fitting one more t-clip is not going to stop the board from shrinking. I might be stupid but i'm not that stupid. The boards have shrunk way more than the 5-6mm that you would expect due to weather and temperature leaving a complete eyesore and Cladco couldn't care less

Delivery was four days over the…
Delivery was four days over the expected 5-day window. I wanted to let you know that the communication has been poor, and I was not informed of any delays. I had to help unload as only one man to take off the cement fibre boards. This is while I have a broken finger. They should have their own delivery vehicles, not a secret third party. Three boards arrived broken and are still waiting a week later, and again, there is no communication from this company. This was not a delivery of samples but a big order. A customer should not have to unload from the lorry. Third-party delivery is not a Cladoco lorry!!
Replacements were sent after several emails and again via a third party. Very expensive for such poor service.

We only use third-party vehicles and delivery services with our sample packs. All of our products are delivered using our own fleet of Cladco trucks. As for unloading, we offer a kerbside delivery service, and it is the customer’s responsibility to assist the driver to help unloading. This is highlighted on our website, on our delivery page. Apologies if this was not made clear during your ordering process.

Exceptional service from start to finish. Cladco Wall Cladding
Purchased cladding for the side of our house - unfortunately didn't cut to design plan and had to order additional lengths. These, however turned out to be a different colour and while understanding slight colour differences in batches, this was very significant. Emailed customer services who initially commented on issues with colour matching but after further email discussion they replaced the 4 extra lengths as a gesture of goodwill. I have given them 5 stars because the newly delivered cladding boards are an exact match to the ones we have already fitted so are thoroughly delighted to finish the cladding to our complete satisfaction. Thank you to Summer in Customer Services who expedited this promptly for us.

Expensive delivery costs
Ordered cladding samples which arrived, happy with product and price. Unfortunatly at checkout a delivery charge of £190 was added (standard uk mainland) for essentialy 15 x 3.6m boards which made the order 33% more expensive hence will look elswhere.

Hi, I ordered some fireproof cladding samples and they are great quality and arrived so quickly. I have chosen the black colour and now can’t wait to order all my cladding which I will be doing from this company. We are still building the extension at the moment, the apex roof will be slotted into the front of our new loft conversion before we can clad the outside.

Poor product faded in weeks
I bought a load of composite cladding for a building. Looked fantastic when it was first installed. After 2 to 3 weeks it had faded out of all recognition and not evenly. Thia left me with a zebra of a building and it all had to be replaced and huge cost. Awfull product would not use again.

It’s worth noting that composite cladding naturally fades to some degree in the first few weeks after installation, as the boards adjust to their outdoor environment. This usually evens out across the surface over time, leaving a consistent colour once the boards stabilise. If the colour isn’t settling evenly, however, it may point to another factor at play, which is why we’d like to investigate further.
