Product is just okay
Product is just okay - service is scandalous. Poor form from a consumer supplier not prioritising decency over margins. Over £6000 spent and tied up with legal jargon over a very small return.
Reply below is untrue, it was within timeframe however Cladco refused to collect until it was outside return window. Then said it wasn't returnable.

The acoustic panelling was of a far higher quality than the options available in local outlets, and came in much cheaper as well.
Delivery was as promised and the communication was great throughout. I will definitely be using these guys again for any future cladding projects.

Cladco decking
Cladco decking was fitted 3 years ago. There are cracks in 3-4 boards running along the length and getting wider. I have contacted Cladco who says it’s down to the Installation and will not honour the warranty. I have noticed in a previous review another customer had a similar reply. These boards were a replacement for the ivory colour as black staining was showing from beneath the surface and would never clean. I DO NOT recommend this product.

If you enjoy chaos, Cladco’s your dream supplier
Ordered roofing and wall sheeting for a three small outbuildings, the product itself is fine, shame the service is a circus. My first batch arrived scratched because they don’t bother protecting anything, so check every panel like you’re inspecting diamonds.
Sales team? Let’s just say “uninformed” would be polite. My order was delayed nearly two weeks with the classic “machine’s broken” excuse which I belive that only happened after a bigger job must’ve rolled in and my builder has had this happen a few times with them. When I suggested they use their other plant, I might as well have emailed a brick wall.
Fixings? All wrong. Their solution? Charge me again for their own mistake. I’ve now cancelled, and had to go and collect the only usable bits myself because their delivery charges are ridiculous.
I try to keep my business in Devon, but honestly why bother with companies like this? Not worth the grief. There are better ones out there who actually know what they’re doing, like Coated Steel Products.

Told that they would not honour the 10 year warranty.
I ordered fibre cement lap cladding boards in order to clad my oil tank in fire resistant material. I didn't see the small print telling me that they could only be fitted horizontally and for convenience of fitting, fitted them vertically. After the first rain the planks were showing damp stains on their edges.
I queried this with Cladco, to be told that the cause was because of the way they had been fitted and as a result they would not honour the 10 year warranty that should have applied to the boards.
Added to my disappointment with Cladco was the unreasonably high shipping costs that were applied to the order, which came to more that the cost of materials themselves, nearly £200!
I just hope that I never have to test out the fire resistant nature of this product, as I don't have much confidence in the company, or the durability of their products!

Gave one star as can’t give less
Gave one star as can’t give less. Wish I’d seen the recent reviews before purchasing but headline reviews show them as being good so I didn’t delve deeper. Think this is remiss of Trust pilot not to show the most recent reviews first so you can see if a company has gone down hill.
Had Cladco decking fitted six weeks ago and were subsequent away for 4 weeks. No one has been near the decking. When we returned we found that the birds had pooped on it and it’s stained terribly. Contacted the customer services and they just offered to sell us a cleaner, didn’t take on board at all that the ivory has stained but the teak has cleaned up fine, obviously a problem with the ivory. Feel our only redress now is the small claims court as the product is obviously not fit for purpose. I plan to infirm everyone I know not to touch them.
