I wanted to share my experience with ClaimBee after a flight delay I had last September. I’ll be honest, I really didn't think I’d see any money from this, especially since I decided not to move forward with the full court procedures when that option came up. Surprisingly, they still managed to get me a part of the compensation, which was a huge win for me.
The whole process of signing up and filling out the info was super easy. They stay on top of things and send regular emails so you’re never left wondering what’s happening. Also, if you’re like me and prefer texting, they respond really fast on WhatsApp to any questions you have.
I’m genuinely happy with how they handled everything. It’s rare to find a service that actually follows through like this. I highly recommend them if you’re looking for someone to deal with the airlines for you!

The best choice I ever made

I had an unpleasant experience last year, when returning from Egypt, in the sense that I left with a delay of about 14 hours. I found out about Claimbee from a flyer, when landing at the Timisoara airport. I wasn't very convinced of the final result, but I said let's try. Now I realize that I made the best choice and I thank them for everything they did. They explained very clearly what the risks are, but also what I can get if I win. They won the case and I received the money in my account, according to the agreement. I will recommend them to all my friends, as a serious and professional company in this field.
