I hate when my flight is delayed

I hate when my flight is delayed, but this time, thanks to the kind people who helped me sort it out. They communicated in such a calm and kind way and helped me with my issue. They were flexible and resolved something quickly that no one else had managed before. I’m truly grateful and thankful! They were the best.
