Claim My Tax 

I haven't heard anything from these guys in about 5 months.

Isaid that I may not get a tax rebate by March 2022...

I'm leaving this review here until I'm proven wrong. I'm not hopeful though

UPDATE: claimmytax got me over £300 total claim was worth about £500 so a little expensive. Would have been happier to pay for the convenience if I didn't have to chase them all the time but I appreciate HMRC are a headache.

I can only express my genuine thanks for the speed, diligence and most courteous way I was assisted and supported by the team at Claim My Tax, including immediately transferring money into my back account. If only other companies offered the same service or employed staff with the same friendly and proficient attitude, what a difference it would make

Very poor customer service. Had to chase for updates and even had to check myself with HMRC because I was getting no information other than there are delays. Claim My Tax still took their 40% commission plus VAT off my small settlement figure. My advice is make any claims your self I can see no advantage using this alleged service.

I was impressed when contacted by CMT that I was given the name of the people who were calling me. Throughout the process of the claim I was kept informed of what was happening. I always felt that I was dealing with an ethical Company.

This company cold called me in March 2020 and I agreed to them recovering some Tax back for me. It’s 16 months now and no resolution. Customer service is appalling. Had little or no feedback from them unless I have rang them and just get fobbed off. A recent email I sent got a reply of “ we will be in contact this week”. Still waiting over a
month now. My claim will have timed out with HMRC so can’t use anyone else. Sorry I ever got involved with them and would rate it Zero if I could.

I have to keep chasing both yourselves and HMRC. Back in October I was told I was entitled to some money back. I was also told that I would get it back before Xmas 2020. I chased up again in the New Year, and then again in March. I got told it's due to Covid. We are now in June, and guess what - still no money and I'm having to chase again to see what is happening. Really poor customer service

After completing the forms & signing off on consent I heard nothing, until this request for a review! Not sure I’ve a lot to go on!

Although I wasn't able to use the login to get my refund, I was able to phone and find out what I needed to know. I am now just waiting for the claim in the post.

After signing and returning he documents as required, I was contacted by one of the CMT staff. I was asked to answer data protection questions while stood in a supermarket queue. I explained i would not be happy doing this at this time, and requested to be called at another time. I have heard nothing since. I have not been told how my claim is progressing
or indeed how much my claim was worth. If there was an option to give zero stars, I would have done,
