Once again! They sorted me out. Got me paid out within 6months. Very serious and professional! I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a claim specialist!

Good day,we recently had a claim when we here in Paarl,Western Cape had the floods.We called the insurance and Cassidy de Wee was our consultant.From day one she phoned asked me if their is any way that we could correspond via watts app I said yes and we did.Everytime I send her a message I was answered in seconds.The only problem we had has with the accessor(came to our home,not introducing himself,had an attitude of I know it all and did not even spoke to me).I was the one asking all the questions and even showing him all the damages talking and explaining what happened he just looked and said please let me be.
Left without even saying thank you good buy.just I will send through my assessment tonight.Please Mr Accessor,this is our house be respectful by greeting and even letting you inside my house and premises but you have an attitude it will bring you ni where in live.
We are in Paarl but he came all the way from Gauteng.for more than 4 clients.
We are just glad that we had CASSIDY on stand by and could talk to her and getting prompted answers to anything we ask.
Thank you CASSIDY DE WEE keep up the good work and may there be more Cassidy's out their, when we are in need.We as policy holders are paying every month to get good service delivery.

I’d like to give a special mention to all the staff at claims specialists, especially Imran for his Guidance throughout this traumatic experience of a RTA .

All financial matters were explained put on the table prior to an agreement being signed etc .

The reason for the 5 star is because due to the quick turn around of the mechanical engineers report which enabled the funds to be released and I was able to purchase another vehicle and was on the road ( as famously said by all taxi drivers ) 😊
