Rang from 2 different numbers, however knew my previous address, when asked where he was ringing from someone in background had to tell him where from 🤣 rang on a Birmingham number but claimed he was in Manchester

they lied they said they worked for Black Horse and 160 other companies verifing my details on their behalf.
they sent forms, this is just them after your details and consent. they need to be taken to task they could phone someone vunerable, relentless
