Extremely disappointed!! Sizing and quality were terrible. After contacting them, they would not arrange a return after fully advertising 30 day money back return instead offering 15% or 25% to keep item.
Save you money and time and stay clear of this company

scam company pretending to be a Australian small business I fell for that, then realised they lied asked to not send order. They convinced me they where legit. The order arrived it was appalling, nothing like photos, clothing tag labels removed. I have asked them for a refund, now there telling Me I have to send items to China for return. 30 days to return, now there telling me it can take several weeks for it to reach china. There a scam by the time it arrives there 30 refund policy null and void. There giving me the run around.DO NOT DEAL with them

I feel compelled to share my experience to warn other women before they spend their hard-earned money.

I ordered an outfit from Claire & Grace Sydney and was extremely disappointed when it arrived. The quality of the fabric was very poor and cheap-looking, and the waistband was completely elastic, which was not at all apparent from the photographs on their website. The item I received did not meet my expectations based on how it was advertised.

I contacted the company requesting a full refund, but instead of a straightforward return process, I have been caught up in an ongoing cycle of emails. I have repeatedly explained that I do not want store credit, an exchange or a partial refund. I simply want to return the outfit and receive my money back.

Despite numerous emails, I have had to keep chasing them for the return address, with further delays and promises that have not resulted in a resolution.

For a customer who is simply trying to return an item that is not as expected, this experience has been incredibly frustrating and disappointing.

I believe customers deserve good-quality products, honest advertising and a fair, straightforward returns process.

Please do your research before ordering. I wish I had known how difficult this experience would be before making my purchase.

I will update this review if the company resolves my complaint and provides my full refund.
