Absolute trash of a business model and company all around! Tara and Renee need to not be employeed in customer relations any-longer if this is how you treat paying customers. And you can keep throwing a fit and trying to flag this review all you want! I will keep posting the truth to warn others. DO yourself a huge favor and steer clear of this scam of a "company" They are already under investigation for false advertising ad they post. I am first hand a witness to this when they refused to give me the freebie listed in my cart at check out and Tara running off at themouth saying i used a code when i didnt do anything of the sort!! I opened a case with my bank and with the BBB about them. Maybe you will learn your lesson and wise up and learn how to run a good legit company and stop lying and cheating people Tara!

Great at first, but allergic to now…

Bought the Rose Hips shampoo and conditioner back in January on Amazon, and absolutely loved it. Still do but since I believe to have developed an allergy to these products unfortunately. Bought some Neutrogena shampoo to get rid of any residue built on my scalp as every week I would have a sore or a pimple. Such a shame as my hair felt it had more volume and didn’t strip the hairdye either. As for the shedding, each week is different, some weeks is more and some weeks is less shedding, probably depending more by fluctuating hormones at 51, as opposed to the products. Also like others here I have noticed that the original shine has been replaced by a drier look, which is regrettable. Want to finish the products but worry that I shouldn’t as my body seems to reject them…😓😭

I love the conditioner especially the scent free one

I've used it a couple of times and it feels really nice and my mum said the same . I did get charged 3 months later for another set as I didn't realize I had chosen ship out every 3 months on the first order .so be careful if you only want it once .The one without scent is the best the conditioner is amazing makes my hair so soft .Only complaint it makes the hair frizzy .

Worrying company

After purchasing, my credit card details were taken and I had to cancel that as someone was trying to use it. This was the only time it had been used - so doubt a coincidence. Also, my hair began MASSIVELY shedding after using this product so will return to my original product that worked. Wouldn't trust this company at all.

Coconut Vanilla fragrance smells awful

I have used the shampoo and conditioner for about 2 months and have not seen any difference in hair shedding. They tell you to use it for 3-4 months, or even up to 6 months as recommended by dermatologists, to see a difference but their return warranty is only 30 days so the warranty doesn't even cover that period. The smell of the Coconut Vanilla is horrible and I can't even describe it, but after shampooing the smell lingers and gets worse. I contacted them but they would not even offer to send me a different fragrance, just said sorry it's been over 30 days so no returns or exchanges. Not worth the money I wasted on these products. Beware!

I purchased the Vanilla Coconut scent…

I purchased the Vanilla Coconut scent shampoo. When I opened the bottle of shampoo, it smelled like a chemistry experiment that went bad.I couldn’t use this product. The travel size samples of shampoo and conditioner smelled just as bad. When I contacted the company and asked what they changed I was told the scent was altered per customer requests. I find that hard to believe since I used this scent for over a year. The shampoo’s scent smelled like vanilla coconut back then. I will discard this product and will do no further business with this company. By the way, Routine Wellness can no longer claim that their products can grow hair per NAD (National Advertising Division).

My order was never shipped to my preferred shipping address since DAI Australia apparently does not leave parcels in Auspost parcel locker/post office (how would I even know this terms and conditions?!). My parcel was left in a depot that is very inconvenient for me for self collection since I work long shifts with basically very limited weekdays off. I Am going in circles communicating with DAI and Routine wellness support team and none of them is of help to my concern. I requested for a refund from Routine Wellness but the support person kept saying they can organise a replacement. I have explained that with replacement, my order will never be shipped to my preferred address and it will be the same pain I have to go through again! It has been very frustrating on my end..especially when there was also an error of putting incorrect shipping address for my order! I will never make any more purchase from this company again!!!!! My refund request has not been approved either!
Poor delivery service/communication

Don't bother with this product

I've been using the shampoo and conditioner for over a year and I can honestly say there is absolutely no difference. I'm going to use up what is left as it is quite expensive, but I won't be buying any more.

Avoid these products! More hair loss than ever!

After experiencing hair loss I searched the internet for anything that could help. It’s soul destroying watching your hair fall out at any age but my daughter had also been experiencing this and she’s not even 18.

Facebook was full of ads and Routine Wellness was the one that came up regularly (in fact there isn’t one negative comment on any of their posts strangely 🤔 ) so I purchased the bundle with large shampoo and conditioner in orange blossom and the free travel size bottles in coconut.

Their terms state there is a 30 day money back guarantee if results were not as expected and you could get a full refund. As it’s quite an expense for the product, that was really appealing to me.

Saw that they also add automatic renewals which I cancelled as soon as I ordered as this in itself is a bit of con as people might not read the small print and then have unexpected amounts coming out of their bank account!

My self and my daughter gave the product a month and in that time found we were losing more hair in the shower and more in the hair brush! It left our hair flat (not soft or even stronger) and the scent of the coconut one was awful! It stripped my hair of its natural colour and shine. The hair felt really coated in the product but not in a good way.

My daughter has completely different hair to me (hers is straight and thick) mine is wavy and thick and prone to frizz and she was also experiencing more hair loss and felt her hair was just flat and greasy feeling.

I asked if I could return the bottles and they said I could but postage would be at my own cost. The only address to return them is in the US! The postage would be £35 in order to get £31.99 back! Routine have refused to offer free postage or a refund which is an absolute scam and goes against their money back guarantee.

So I’m left with bottles I refuse to use due to them being just awful and I’ve lost £31.99!

I’ve switched shampoo and already see less in the shower! Using OGX and my hair feels lovely. Less hair loss too.

Anyone experiencing hair loss should avoid this company! There’s no quick fix and I know shed is natural and goes in phases but I think a month is a reasonable amount of time to trial a new routine and I felt these products aren’t it!

Also didn’t feel using this would be a quick fix as I know you need to sleep well, eat a really healthy diet and get blood work done (all of which I’ve done) and this didn’t provide any strength to my hair and actually made my scalp red at the parting.

Looking on trust pilot it seems lots of positive fake reviews have been removed and I’m sure if I posted my genuine feedback on Facebook on how these products create more hair loss they would also be removed.

Avoid buying at all costs!

Didn’t work for me

Bought shampoo claiming to assist with shedding & thinning hair which the marketing claimed it did. No improvements for me after 7 months of use. Interestingly nothing on the bottle about it being for thinning hair, makes me wonder if they are selling the same product for all sorts of issues. Disappointing.

The products are good, but I didn't receive an email prior to my subscription repeat and the first I knew of the repeat order was a PayPal email confirming payment. I wanted to delay my order as I don't need a refill yet and I would have liked the opportunity to try another scent, but wasnt given this opportunity. I have now cancelled my subscription.

This shampoo smells awful doesn’t work

This shampoo smells awful. I gave it a shot for several months anyway and saw no improvement. It is really overpriced for the tiny bottles you get too. Also, watch out for their auto shipments. I couldn’t get back into my account to cancel and I was sent a second box. $80 for 4 tiny bottles and they will of course charge you to return it. It was a ripoff.

The Shine Came Back First

The first thing I noticed was better hair shine. Then I realized shedding was decreasing and hair growth was becoming visible. Frizz has also softened, making my hair easier to manage.

I have color treated hair and finding a shampoo that does not fade my color was nearly impossible. Routine Wellness shampoo is so gentle and the plant based formula keeps my color bright and my hair moisturized at the same time and i finally found my forever shampoo.

Reduces shedding

Been using the shampoo for 6 months now and definitely noticing a big difference. My hair used to shed a lot and would frequently clog up the shower drain. That hasnt happened in months now. It doesnt make hair thicker, but its reducing shedding a lot, which is just what I needed.

So far tried a limited edition scent (i think it was Peony?) And coconut & vanilla. The latter in my opinion does not smell good. So sticking to the floral scents.
