bought the travel size shampoo & conditioner used them a couple of times decided I would buy the bigger bottles. Big mistake I noticed that when I washed my hair I was losing a bit more than normal but continued to use it which was another big mistake. I first stated using it the middle of November 2025 and stopped using it in around the 10th of January 2026 as the amount of hair loss was getting much worse it was coming out in handfuls this all happened it that short time. Thankfully having now stopped using it the hair shedding has slowed down but it has completely ruined my hair which was fine hair to begin with hence me buying the routine wellness product but now I’m left with even thinner hair

i ordered shampoo from this website recently and my experience was good. delivery came on time. after using it for some days, my hair feels softer and smoother than before. It suits my hair well.

Visible Improvement in the condition and volume of my hair and scalp and a significant reduction in shedding.

What I would say is not to give up. It took around 2 months before I started to notice improvements. I’ve tried other products which didn’t offer up any improvements and which left my scalp dry and itchy. I am now 3 months into using the shampoo every time I wash my hair. As I have fine hair, I condition every 2 or 3 washes. The most noticeable improvements are that I have lots of new hair growth on my parting line (which was getting more and more noticeably hairless) and the amount of hair I’m removing from the shower drain/filter. Over the last few years I’ve been removing a lot. Over the past 3 weeks I’ve removed virtually none.

From a value perspective, I’m still on my first bottle of shampoo 3 months in so I view this as very good value for money as well as a very effective product.

Thank you Routine. Your marketing claims aren’t just flimflam, your product really works.

Bought the routine shampoo and conditioner.
Extremely disappointed it makes my hairfall worst, and makes me hair extremely dry.
Definitely will not recommend this product.

it loses fewer hairs, is shiny and it doesn't have as much frizz. the slow development of hair has caused my hair to become thicker and stronger.

using since some time and the changes have not been abrupt. It is easy to incorporate in my routine and my hair becomes easier to handle in the day to day life.

I have been using this since sometime, and this has been easy to maintain in my daily life. My hair is easier to manage during the day and it does not need much manipulations as before.

I have noticed less shedding and my hair feels smoother with reduced frizz. There is also a natural shine that lasts throughout the day. With continued use, my hair feels fuller and more manageable.

I used routine wellness and it was not harsh and could easily fit into my routine.

I received my order on time, and everything matched the product details. No problems with the site or the delivery.

It comes from USA so takes longer to arrive. I used rose hips shampoo and conditioner. I found my hair looked and felt thicker and less frizzy for longer. I appreciate the free travel kit they give you which is very useful.
I’ve ordered some more as there is an offer on at the moment.

I have been along with Routine Wellness and I even style my hair. My hair appears more sleeker in the day time and I have not had any problems with the product.

Routine Wellness has made my hair and scalp look better. Hair is less shedding, hair has gone back to being shiny, and frizz is kept under control. Hair always grows in a steady manner making my hair look healthier and fuller.

I have used for two washes already since it came in mail. I love the fresh light scented smell. My hair feels softer, smoother and has more shine. So far I like it but time will tell.

False claims and unable to leave an honest but unfavourable review on their website. Be careful as they automatically send you new bottles and charge you for it. Since I can't seem to reply to your reply can you please explain how the products that were sent from an Austrlain address in Vic but when I wanted to return them I was only able to if i posted them overseas? If people love your products then they can just rebuy them, why do subscriptions or is it because people like me accidently subscribe. Anyway I am sure regardless of the emails I 'obviously' didn't see I hope my reviews have been helpful to other buyers. I note also that my reviews are not the only negative ones you have. I am happy to delete them soon and never have to hear of your company again.

So disappointed. Started using shampoo/conditioner in June 2024 (still on the same bottles so very good value for money). Seemed a nice product with a pleasant fresh smell. I now look back and realise that more and more hair has fallen out and also breakages. I was searching for a reason for this so I googled this site to see if others have the same problem. So gutted that it took me so long to link the shedding to this product. Stopped using it a week ago and my hair feels healthier already. Obviously will need to wait for regrowth but at least the condition looks and feels better already. I will also add that I had the travel size coconut and vanilla and the texture of the conditioner was very gritty. Shame as I had great hopes for it.

I bought this despite how expensive it is as i thought the bottles would be bigger and i liked the sound of the scent (coconut and vanilla), i didn’t need it for hair loss or thickening. The scent is awful, it smells like dusty old curtains and the bottles are no bigger than an average sized bottle that you would get from the shops. I wouldn’t buy this again. I have had to buy a hair purfume to put on until i finish the bottles as they are too expensive to waste.

Personally my hair felt and appeared fuller after 2 shampoo & conditions. Dont know yet re hair loss but so far so good. Didnt notice after 1 wash but 2 yes.

Sadly this product did not work for me 😥 my hair has become dryer than ever and looks like I put my finger in an electric socket.
I only use a little bit of both and leave it in for a minute or two. I was so looking forward to having less shedding and a shiny head of hair, unfortunately not happened.
