I love the silky texture and how refreshed my eyes look each morning. There's a slight fragrance but it's not overpowering or unpleasant. The sensory experience is quite enjoyable overall.

Height of unprofessionalism and pathetic customer service. I hope someone responsible enough is running this chain and willing to listen and address customer complaints so that future customers can have better customer service. I really had the worst experience of my lifetime at Shortland street Clinic and ended up in tears after I was called a thief!
I had a 3+3 pack for laser treatment as a bday gift to myself. Usually, they book you in for the next treatment on the day of your treatment. I had my 3rd treatment on 3/05 and was booked in for the 4th which I had on 3/08. From May till August they did not find a moment to tell me that my package has finished and I need to pay for my 4th. The consultants sold the package initially as a 6-session pack (3+3) but it turns out I only had a 3-session pack but was always told as 6 sessions by the consultants. After I had my 4th, nobody asked me to pay and I booked for my 5th. 2 days later, I go in for some other consultation and was asked to pay for my 4th session and was blamed that the consultant tried to stop me after my session for payment but I took off. I explained to the branch manager and after a long explanation, the manager said that consider it complementary and go as I started to walk out she called me a thief and that I am the type of person who comes for free stuff! That made me tear up and was awful behaviour that even a customer there told her off. I didn't have a card on me so ended up crying and waiting in the lounge for my partner to come and pay them. At that point, I was again told to consider it complimentary for the confusion but I just paid for it and promised myself not to enter such a business that blames customers for their staff's incompetency. I understand mistakes and confusion happen but we can always control our behaviour and is of utmost importance in such customer-centric businesses. And, talk about NZ, I am unsure if the Manager behaviour was influenced by racism towards me when she called me a thief and that I came for free stuff. I would never wish such an experience for anyone.
Amazing products, one better than the other. Couldn't be any more grateful from Claire Skin-care. My skin hasn't felt this healthy for years. Believe me when I say their product will make you a whole knew person. And better looking one at that. Haha. Thank you !

I’m a man so I don’t usually talk all that about skincare. But I really can’t wait for products from Claire Skin-Care! Saw them on the news once,so I tried their Niacinamide serum during their testing stages and it was great. Can’t wait till they actually launch. My gf and I are gonna be stocking up on their stuff ;).
