Watch arrived and was not branded "Clarine" but instead was "ximili". The same qarch retails on Alibaba for like $2.

Have worn the watch for about 2 months, always taking it off to swim or shower, and it is already tarnishing, despite the brand's marketing which states it is made from stainless steel. The glass is scratched, though they claimed it was scratch resistant, and something has gotten under the glass and speckled the face. Totally shit product.

I bought their watches during the BOGO sale and despite my initial skepticism, I actualy ended up loving it! Super cute, works well, and really easy to resize :))

From the start of the order, through the processing and tracking of delivery, has been seamless and completely informative via Clarine customer service.

I purchased gifts for my twin daughters' recent birthdays, and they absolutely loved the beauty and classic sophistication of their watches. We are all very pleased!

The product I received was not as described. Clarine is advertised as an Italian small business, yet the watch that arrived after almost three weeks was branded XIMILI and came in cheap, generic packaging. This does not match the branding or origin presented on your website or Instagram ads.

The same XIMILI watch is available online for around £6, while you sell it for around £100. This extreme price difference was never disclosed, and the quality reflects the much lower price point.

I feel misled by the advertising and overall presentation of this product. I expect this issue to be taken seriously and resolved promptly with a full refund.

Purchase a stunning gold watch with a green face, they had a fantastic deal buy one get one free unfortunately I never clicked on the free one , but because they have fantastic customer care , once I reached out they oblige and sent me my other favourite watch with pearl face I'm so delighted , also what came with the watches was a tool to adjust the strape this is a life saver , I will definitely be purchasing from Clarine again 🙌🙌🙌🙌💕💕💕💕💕

The ordering was smooth. The discount was amazing judging from the watches I recieved. I got complimented by my colleagues and clients. However the delivery took about 4 Weeks to get to me. When I opened the package which was amazing too, I told myself "it was worth the wait"😍😍. I love my new pieces, they are my everyday favourite 😍😍😍. Thank you Clarine

I ordered a watch in Jan, sent them a message to let them know i received the wrong colour. It’s now been a month, and I’ve had no response. That’s after sending several emails.

All Their reiveiws on thier website is very fake .I received by products in time but they are the worse quality and they charge somuch for a cheap brands . It is not even worth of $ 2. DO NOT BUY IT EVER ..

The watch is very affordable. The price is worth it. It is simple but elegant to wear.

Not even 1 star. Please dont go with false reviws. Its cheap watch even you can get better in 20 dollars its forgery. No way to show photo here otherwise i can show. Its scam . Very liggt weight like rubbish. The yellow color of strap is very cheap looking.

The product is from China and looks nothing like the pictures. Communication is terrible, and returns are not possible

I was hesitant at first as usually a deal that seems to good to be true usually is but I really love these watches, they are great quality and not too big. Highly recommend!

Thieves, how can you sell a ximili watch from china using your clarine case. Please do not purchase from these thieves. There is nothing like a clarine watch been sold here.

I bought a special of watch it was delivered and the size is big enough to fit any person also they send a watch adjustment inside the package, very easy to use to fit your size.

I bought what I thought was two Clarine branded watches but instead got two Ximili branded watches. I could have bought those for $20 or so elsewhere. Misleading advertising. Shop around people. You won’t be getting a Clarine.

They've different names on the watches and it's took awhile to arrive.

I’m really happy with this watch. The design is sleek and stylish, making it suitable for both everyday wear and more formal occasions. It feels comfortable on the wrist and doesn’t feel heavy, even after wearing it all day.

Very poor customer service. I received a damaged watch and was told I would get a refund. After waiting, I contacted them again and they suddenly asked for photos of the watch-even though I had already disposed of it after their refund confirmation. Waste of time and misleading communication.
