Unhelpful, unprofessional, outdated

They weren’t helpful at all in cancelling my subscription but still charging me. When I took it as a trial there was nowhere written that it will renew afterwards hence I was charged. They said that if the software bills they cannot give money back which is absurd because in any company there is such thing as reimbursement. Or maybe it’s time they update their software - as I haven’t seen something like this in a long time.

I am very unhappy and their answer only made me more frustrated.

I wouldn’t recommend it if you just want to test it- they will try to rip you off of your money.

The customer service is great and…

The customer service is great and helpful. Roman really took a lot of time and made great effort to help me with my problem!

However, I still feel like the app does not search in enough depth to uncover spyware on phones.

I had an upsetting experience with this…

I had an upsetting experience with this company. I feel they are somewhat dodgy.
They took 24.99 from my account for the monthly subscription not the 14.99 amount advertised.
I am trying to get my money back now. They are presently not forthcoming.
I am not satisfied so I will ask for my money back and I expect to be fully reimbursed for the inconvenience. Will write a further review dependent on the handling of this situation.

So I received an email this morning saying I’d been hacked and someone has installed Pegasus on my phone, I’m always super careful online so I never get these, I got super panicked as it also was sent from my own email to myself so it was very believable (lowkey still panicking it’s real and all my contacts are gonna get videos of me in 48 hours) so I got Clario and spoke to a super nice lady called Noelle and she helped me double check everything and helped me make sure nothing was on my phone and everything was safe, she also informed me Pegasus is only used by the government/ important security people so I’m pretty sure I’m fine but it’s still scary, it was such a scary situation and I think Noelle helping offered me a lot of reassurance and relief that I’m doing everything that I can to stay safe

This is a scam

This is a scam. I signed up for the app and realized that this wasn’t what I thought it was and within 10 minutes when I canceled my Subscription Roman went ahead and took the full amount out of my account without my permission and what I had signed up for was monthly. All because I wanted to cancel my subscription. Roman was very rude.
