After researching Clario a charge…

After researching Clario a charge showed up on my credit card for 2 months and they wouldn’t do a refund. I never used it. I’m not impressed at all. Beware!

Great product providing a great…understanding how a customer deserves to be treated!

Great product providing a great service. I thoroughly enjoyed the peace and comfort this app “Clario” by.Clario provided along with it’s easy to use features and well designed dashboard display. Did everything it averted and at a level well that above my expectations. The thing I found so profound in my experience this company was their customer service. They made me feel like I was their only customer with the speed and attention they gave me addressing a personal situation and Leaving me at ease. I felt like understood and respected. In turn they won my respect and loyalty.

Development issues, unfixable bug

Interesting reading the other reviews. In my case, it was an issue using my Apple account to log in. A rep admitted for some time that they had an issue and that the development team wasn't able to work out how to fix it. This is in IOS, which is very telling. Given was worth an immediate cancellation, as that is a sign that something is very wrong if call centre staff are aware of technical issues like this.

Company must improve operational process

Clario made a mistake with my suscription.
They charged my bank account several times and refunded the charges later. I had to complain. It took a while to clear things out. Finally, all is clear.

The guy helped me protect myself from ip track tracing and help me know I'm safe without anyone having physical access to my phone nor can they hack it..

This app is a FRAUD!

This app is a FRAUD!! I used the app. It did absolutely NOTHING and I canceled within the original free trial period. Then 2 months later I notice that they are charging my card. I went into the app - which showed me I wasn’t active.
The customer service bot 🤖 cancelled my “subscription” but then disconnected from me without a refund and argued with me

What a scam!!

What a scam!!! I only had this app for a few minutes when a rep tried to entrap me and upsell something else! It’s disgusting and unethical. It was that whole threat that I am on the dark web and I need to pay them even more for my safety. Ugh!!!
My suggestion is to stay away from these scammers. The app didn’t even work.
UPDATE: Clario "tried" to ask me for more info so they could investigate, but there is no way to reply....really?! I immediately deleted this app, so I have no more information to give anyway. Your CS rep used an unethical tactic that is known as fear-mongering in order to try to upsell a more expensive product. Your CS rep told me that my information was on the blackmarket, endangering me, so it's best if I pay more to Clario for an upgrade...I only had the app for less than 30 minutes!!! This tactic is so egregiously unethical. Clario...stay away from me, and do NOT contact me again.

The app itself didn't resolve my issue

The app itself didn't resolve my issue, I kept getting persistent pop ups saying I had a virus. However, one of the amazing advisors; Roman, helped me resolve my issue. I cancelled my subscription as I did not require the services and my issue was resolved, but I am very grateful that Clario still helped me.

Don't Get Clario App

It caused Amazon, Shop and my Credit Union App to stop working. It was a nightmare stopping my 1 month Trial Membership. I was on Chat with them for 2 hours trying to stop it. The next morning my iPhone battery stopped charging and was drained until I deleted the App from my iPhone Screen. DON'T GET IT!!!

I had constant alerts that my computer…

I had constant alerts that my computer was at risk. I bought Clario and began a chat Catherine was able to walk me through the process and fixed my issue. She also said if I had the problem again to contact them. Easy to understand their suggestions.

average tool but 5 stars customer support / expert

3 starts for the tool but 5 stars for the customer service / expert.
No the most efficient software to find malware (it wasn't able to get rid of my search hijacker problem) but i ended up in the chat with one of their expert (Noelle) and she found the root cause of the problem and fixed it. She explained everything she was doing along the way, first through chat then took over my laptop. Very happy with the customer support and results! thanks again.
