🚨 Follow-Up Review on Clarity Fx 🚨

After seeing Clarity Fx’s public replies to customer reviews, I feel it’s important to set the record straight with my own experience and what I’ve confirmed from others.

First, they claim they “don’t work with Forex” and are only focused on Futures. That may be the case now, but when they first launched, Forex was exactly what they pushed. I know because I signed up during that time, and I’ve spoken to multiple clients who also confirmed it. They also definitely offered $10,000 and $20,000 packages in the past — I personally know people who paid those inflated prices and were left disappointed.

They also advertise a prop firm passing service, which is another massive red flag. Prop firms will ban accounts if they discover someone else passed or manages it for you. This means Clarity Fx is knowingly offering a service that could get traders banned. That should tell you everything you need to know about the integrity of this company.

Even their public replies to reviews are misleading. In one response, they claimed: “We do not communicate with clients one on one unless scheduled.” That is simply not true. I have proof — including voice messages — showing the owner contacted me directly without any scheduled call, usually only when he felt the need to go into defense mode. Their statements online don’t line up with how they actually operate.

❌ Bottom Line

Clarity Fx may be trying to rebrand as a “Futures education and automation” company, but their track record tells a different story. Overpriced packages, shady prop firm services, and misleading responses to customer complaints make it clear: this is not a company you can trust. Protect your money and look elsewhere.

I got Charity automation 3 months ago. I did not get into it until 2 weeks ago. I tried the automation strategy "Pegasus" manually first. It worked, but I did not understand the real concept behind it. After a zoom meeting with Nasir with his detailed explanation, I used his TBQ strategy for 2 weeks. It has been the best payout weeks ever. I highly recommend this product.

I recently tried ClarityFx's Pegasus and I must say that I'm thoroughly impressed! I waited a bit to give an honest review after giving it some time to see how it performed!! Well, it has exceeded my expectations! It has passed two 50 accounts in one week!!!! If you are tired of losing or if you don't have 3 to 5 years to learn how to trade, get with Clarityfx! I'm extremely impressed with my results with Pegasus.
I would definitely recommend them to family and friends. As a matter of fact, I plan on helping on my non-believer family members how to implement Pegasus for themselves. Ladies and gentlemen, this is life-changing no, hyperbole!!
Also, their customer service is second at none. They offer a white glove experience setting everything up, from start to finish! I'm not the most technical savvy person and I didn't have any issues implementing Pegasus. Big shot to the team over at ClarityFx!!!

Extremely knowledgeable, and nurturing. I've been utilizing their automated system Pegasus for futures trading, and it's been a game changer. Nas and Maxx, as well as the ClarityFX staff have been nothing short of awesome. They also prepare you mentally for both short term and long term success by encouraging and educating the importance of risk management as well as strategy diversification. Very happy and proud to be a part of this group!

I tracked ClarityFx for over a years time. For a longer period of time I was a stubborn and emotional trader. I cannot tell you the relief and wonderful feeling to have a funded account finally available. I am grateful for the team and to point out one name, a person who became a friend overtime and gave out valuable trading info for me for no charge, genuinely offered advice, Nasir Khan. Thank you brother. If you are on the fence about the performance please know it is always fear that holds us back and the lack of information will grow the fear. Beware!!
This is an honest review and my horrible experience with this company. The owner is very dishonest! Don't join this company!! Beware! The owner is very unprofessional and I'm still waiting on my refund. This was the worst decision I could have ever made to join this company. The whole start up process was sloppy from the start and it was all over the place to get things set up. The owner did not provide any set up videos for this Forex automation. I had to figure most of it out myself and the support is horrible. I paid him $1497 on May 25th 2024 to start. The owner and his partner (which cannot be named due to review being taken down) offered passing services for the Future apex accounts which was part of the agreement. I purchased the Apex funding accounts on May 21st 2024 to get the 90% discount. I had to message The owner multiple times to get these accounts started and he delay and delayed the start process. They did not start working on the accounts until the May 30th. I had to reach out to them multiple times regarding the passing of these accounts. I was going on my 3rd monthly payment for these accounts because they were no where near of passing them. Some of the accounts went into the negative. These accounts are $40 monthly times the five accounts I had. So at this point I'm paying even more money out of my pocket with nothing to show. I told him I wanted a refund and he offered to give me back $750 and still to this day he has not refunded me anything. He has blocked me on social media and phone to avoid refunding my money. I should have came here first to look at all the negative reviews before I purchased. It looks like I'm not the only one that got scammed. It's a quick money grab for him. He showed me a screen shot of a $12000 payment that his wife received from Apex to get me to join and I fell for it. I've tried to set up the automation and could not get it to work after trying to reach out to support to do it myself. I notice that he states in the bad reviews on this website that he has no knowledge of them having accounts. Take responsibility and refund my money. I will also be posting a review on youtube to show my experience and more proof.

So the company just changed their response regarding my bad experience with them. As you can see below. They are claiming that I was never a client??? This is what they do when they can't remove a valid negative review. Trying to sweep it under the rug. YouTube review coming soon.

Great Systems with reliable income! If you follow the rules and learn how to navigate the systems and softwares you will be successful! 🔥🔥 10/10. Started a few weeks ago on Polaris 1.7 and have seen solid gains, almost all accounts are passed. It’s only getting better!

I have 7 figures in accounts and I’m more than happy!

On June 25th I enlisted the services of clarity fx for discord vip access, signals, live zoom calls, as well as eval assistance and purchased their algorithm. Within 1 week not only were all 10 evals blown, but I was not able to gain access to the discord as well as their algo. Once granted access to the algo on trading view, I was never able to set it up to take trades. In the meantime, I was notified the evals were blown and was sent $350 for resets. I promptly reset them the same day. Within three trading days later they were all blown AGAIN! This time not one word was communicated to me. I reached out with no luck to ask what was going on. NO RESPONSE! I am usually sent the zoom link for Wednesday live calls. NO LINK! I figured they would get back to me soon. I proceeded to contact again to try to get things settled with the algo. I scheduled a zoom and also asked what it meant for all but one of my accounts to be missing in tradovate. I was told that’s the other persons department and I can be added to their group chat and he is more likely to respond quicker in there. So at this point I figured I’m being ignored but wanted to give the benefit of the doubt. The day of my zoom I asked if I can move up the time and was told no they have other calls. I said ok its alright I will just keep my time and he informs me that he has now cancelled the zoom, although I NEVER asked for that. He then calls me on facebook messenger and I let him know how unprofessional and how poorly their customer service was and I was still looking for answers regarding my accounts. He promptly said he would call me back and NEVER did. I wrote both of these unprofessional individuals and made them aware I was disappointed and didn’t appreciate being disregarded as a paying customer who paid $1500 in full. I was left on read by both parties. I made both of them aware that I now wanted a full refund, as no services have been used and there is a lack of professionalism and quality customer service. I was told there are no refunds during a very disrespectful back and forth where one of them proceeded to make up lies to try to cover his tail, while the other says he was going to contact me to reset my accounts (but of course I had to reach out to him). I have requested a refund for OVER three days now with no response. I will be reporting each one of these individuals to as many authorities as I can. I will also pull my apex resources and notify the owners of this situation. They have taken my money and left me on read. If they think this is over they messed with the wrong one. Go ahead and try to lie and say Im not a real customer. I have screenshots, videos, and everything I need to prove I’m not lying. You should have just given me my money back. If you’re thinking of working with these two, do yourself a favor and DON’T! Liars, and scammers are all they are!!! Do NOT invest $1 with them. You’ve been WARNED!

UPDATE HOURS LATER: I received a deposit for resets as well as a reply from both parties within 20 mins of posting this review. I was called a liar, and treated with more poor customer service. I re-requested a refund, as I want nothing more to do with this company AT ALL. A partial refund was offered but that isn’t what I was asking for. No accounts have been passed, the software hasn’t been used, and I am out of the cost of 10 tradovate evals which I will accept. I tried to resolve the situation amicably but that proved to be unsuccessful. You would think if a customer tells the business owner they are dissatisfied with their product they would approach the situation with care and concern. This was not my experience. Hopefully someone else will be treated with more respect in the future and accountability will be owned.

SECOND UPDATE: In response to the reply, I contacted the company to notify them of an attended recorded Saturday call hosted on July 6th. I also attended recorded training calls on June 26th and July 3rd. I was denied access from the discord, which is apart of the services that were paid for. The agreement has now been broken. I have still received no refund.

THIRD UPDATE: All contact with clarityfx was made with one or more of the business partners via Facebook, or discord which can be authenticated as I have documented everything. I have a copy of the SIGNED agreement the party is claiming I refused to sign at every desperate attempt to deflect from the fact that they stole my funds and did not provide the services promised. MOST IMPORTANTLY DO NOT work with this company!

Nasir and Mark were amazing to work with. They passed 9 Apex accounts pretty fast only 1 left to go, they updated me every week and showed me the trades they were taking. They answered all my questions and responded very quickly. Cant wait to start the automation with my PA accounts!!!!!!

Finally found people that know how to trade!

Best experience for me financially that I've ever made.
Customer service is also excellent.

These guys started working with me and my prop firms a few days ago and starting out I had some issues I’ll admit but mostly due to the prop firms changing their rules last min..

Their Automated tools I am using with clarity using are giving me the win rate of 60% and I’m doing decent on a weekly basis maintaining my accounts ..

They also recently switched Over to the futures market as a focus and it’s been a good switch so far !

I’m expecting a payout sometime in July !

Nasir and Mark are great partners and Mentors! I was looking for a company and Mentor to help me navigate into the Futures Market and help me achieve my goals. I had been searching for a company that would generate passive income for me in the forex trading industry. I had tried and failed many prop firm challenges and was not profitable. I recently found ClarityFX and it was exactly what I had been looking for. Their automated trading software called SHiNOBI is generating minimum 2-4% a month easily (sometimes more). I Have had an amazing experience with Clarity thus far. I invested 10K with them and they have delivered over and beyond on their products / services, live trainings and communicate, as a business should.

I have had 2 prop firms passed and managed, saw 2 withdrawals already with a 3rd one pending. If you USE THE TOOLS, and set aside the time to LEARN THE SYSTEM in place, there’s no reason why you can’t succeed and follow in the footsteps of their leaders who are more than happy to train and show you the way
