It is a scam
It is a scam.
Quality is poor, goods come from China and the statements about closing down the shop is not true.
It is an online shop selling cheap trash that is posted from china. The images of a smiling western couple is misleading .
Do not buy from this company.
Do not touch this company
Do not touch this company. It’s a scam. They lead you to believe they sell quality products from a well established UK company. They actually supply rubbish shoddy products from China and then offer minimal refund if at all and ask you to pay the cost to return to China!
Clark and Cooper is an absolute scam
Clark and Cooper is an absolute scam! unfortunately fell for the closing down sale blurb. I should have checked here first. I bought a pair of shoes and received plastic look-alike too expensive to return. BEWARE! - DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS SITE!

Echo all previous concerns
Echo all previous concerns ! Having spoken to my card provider my advice is to give the company the opportunity to collect the items on the basis that they are selling under a false identify . In addition no where in their site does it mention the return address being China . Give them 15 days to carry out your request, which they will refuse .Then simply speak to your card provider who will then action a chargeback. I received my refund within 24 hours . Don’t let this company get away with it !

Terrible
Terrible, scam company pretending to be UK based quality is shocking sent from China and you have to return to China. Please do not buy from this company
Poor quality
I bought a top. £110 reduced to £39.95. When it was delivered it was such poor quality, so I cannot wear it.
Contacted by e mail. Offered 15% discount. Refused, so they offered 30% which I reluctantly took. No point in returning as you have to pay for postage to China. The exact same top is on Temu for £8.95.I’ll check reviews of all companies in future. Talk about scam

this is a scam it looks like it is a british company , how ever the shoes are shipped from china , i ordered some shoes only to find they are still in transit from China , i had an email To clarify, we are not a Chinese company. We are based in Great Britain and we pride ourselves on providing high-quality products and excellent customer service. but there is no working telephone number you will get put on hold until you give up , Cheap shoes sold at european and british prices ,
Scam site
Scam site, any site with two English sounding names is a Chinese Scam. Shame on me I fell for it. The 'orthopedic shoes' are nothing but rubbish, they don't have a brand, a size etc and a lot of glue. I don't expect them to last 5 minutes. I'll never order anything from the internet again that cannot prove a UK address. No address on the contact = China. There's a Chinese saying that it is a good Chinese that fools a foreigner. It's seen as clever rather than crooked. No more gullibility and you do what I didn't and walk away. Switch it off !
This is a Scam brand Clark & Cooper
Clark & Cooper is a Scam brand, I new it from Instagram, they
look like an Europe brand and in the Web they said they have to close their shop and is for that they have good prices.
I ordered a pair of leather sandals, advertised as originally priced at £140 and discounted to £34.95 due to a supposed business closure. However, what I received was a pair of plastic, low-quality sandals—completely different from what was described and clearly not worth the price paid.
After noticing your website mentions a customer satisfaction guarantee, I contacted you to initiate a return. Despite multiple emails, during which they attempted to persuade me to keep the sandals through various offers, I finally received a return form with a Chinese return address. The cost of returning the item to China is disproportionately high—more than half the price of the product.
Looks plausible but is a scam
All looks very plausible but is a complete scam - sending cheap look a like items (sandals) with a return process that despite the blurb is designed not work.
Awful awful awful
I bought a pair of "orthopedic shoes" that were made of plastic and not suitable for anything. They offer a 30 day money back guarantee. I contacted them the day the shoes arrived and a subsequent exchange of emails offering me 15% off, a 60% off voucher for future purchases. Endless. All I wanted was a refund! The return address on the package they sent was in Cannock, UK. However in order to process a refund I have had to send the package back to the factory in China at a cost of 2/3rds of the purchase price. A total con. I have complained to the credit card company I used and they are looking into the matter. This company is not on the level!
Terrible quality goods
Terrible quality goods. Review by NOWACK sums it up. Fake company; cheap and nasty. Wish I’d read reviews b4 my purchase. JS
