I recently hired Clarkes Property Maintenance 24/7 in London to renovate my flat after a tenant left it in very poor condition, and I couldn’t be more impressed. The team carried out a full refurbishment — resurfacing the parquet floors, restoring the natural wood doors, refreshing the bathroom and kitchen, and completing a full repaint throughout.

The workmanship was outstanding, but what really sets this company apart is the team itself. Every member was professional, courteous, and clearly took pride in their craft. They were punctual, organised, and incredibly respectful of my home. Communication was excellent from start to finish — they kept me updated at every stage and always made sure I was happy with the progress.

The results speak for themselves: the parquet floors and wood doors look beautiful, the flat feels fresh and inviting again, and the finish throughout is of a very high standard. It’s rare to find a team that combines skill, reliability, and genuine care for the job, but Clarkes Property Maintenance delivered all of that and more.

So refreshing to find a company that cares, listens, responds and is super helpful. Would like to thank Pierre, Simon and finally Alex for doing a wonderful job decorating and repointing the outside of my house in Paddington. It no longer looks the poorest house in the street and that's down to these guys. They work super hard and my initial nervousness melted away as each day went by. No hesitation in recommending to anyone even my mother-in-law.

Clarkes 247 recently completed internal and external decorating damp proofing and roofing works at our house in Marylebone, London. The Clarkes trades people were without exception courteous, responsive and did a quality job. We appreciated Clarkes assisting with small additional jobs around the house outside of your brief. I would not hesitate to recommend Clarkes to anyone in London, in fact I have done exactly that recommending Clarkes to our London friends!!!

Clarkes is always utterly reliable. I used to have other tradesmen who came in to sort things out when something went wrong, but now I always call on Clarkes. The ethos of the company is very impressive. They all get on well, and they are dedicated to problem solving. It would not occur to me to go to anyone else.

I have used Clarkes 247 twice. On both occasions, they came on time & did an outstanding job & came in exactly as per their quote. They will be my go to company for all those snagging bits I never get round to fixing as well as bigger jobs. I would recommend them strongly.

Fantastic service all round. Good quality work and returned on request to complete requested touch ups, all within the original quote (even though part of the work ended up being a bit more complicated than anticipated). Thoroughly recommend them!

We are so grateful to Clarkes 247 as they have put our home back together again after a major water leak which rotted the floor and joists of our flat (within a Victorian house) in the lower ground floor bedroom and bathroom. Every member of the team brought their own individual expertise and professional insight, making what was a very overwhelming situation into a calm and sensitive restoration of our home. Full repainting of 2 Bed Flat - Very Professional job done in a timely manner

Fabulous service, utterly perfect in every way.

We had major issues with floods in a large property in Regents Park, Clarkes took care of us from start to end, removing flood water, minimising water damage, and conducting repairs and renovations as per Crown regulations.

The works were specific and complex, with many regulatory limitations, however Clarkes handled everything with connections, care, knowledge and experience.

A professional, trusted, tailored service I highly recommend.

Clarkes did a fantastic job for us on our small studio flat. We had to deal with the local council which was challenging to say the least but Adam guided us all the way. All the workmen were top class and tidied up brilliantly after they had finished. They delivered everything that was promised to a very high standard. Our little flat is now like a palace! We would recommend Clarkes to anyone who wants a first-rate job doing on their project.

I took a long time and met some highly professional service providers when looking for Solar panels and finally selected Clarkes 24/7 as Adam was attentive and not pushy, he listened carefully to our needs and budget and adjusted accordingly. His communication was excellent but the proof of the pudding was the installation. Quick and efficient. The electrician Danny and the ground works guy Jake were both outstanding and cannot praise and thank them enough. Super efficient and safe. The team that put the panels up were also amazing. They were slightly late because of a previous job but they came with three brilliant workers who stayed until the job was done, (almost dark) and did a fantastic job. Finally the scaffolders. Don't underestimate how skilled these guys are. Incredibly quick, efficient and laid the foundations for a successful install. Even quicker taking down, lovely guys, thank you. Highly recommend this company, at least for solar panel.

Simon and his team are simply brilliant - professional, speedy, thorough and highly communicative. They took care of my property pursuant to serious fire damage and I was thoroughly impressed throughout. I couldn’t recommend more.
