Simon, Adam and the team did a great job renovating and fixing up my flat. Excellent communication, were prompt and responsive, accommodated a lot of last minute changes, and were mindful of my budget when making suggestions. To the extent there were delays, I was kept informed. They took down a temporary wall, fitted new kitchen cabinets, rewired electrics, fixed carpeting and other small odd jobs. Would definitely use again.

I used Clarkes to renovate a studio flat in London. They installed a new kitchen and bathroom, new flooring throughout and decorated ( plastering and painting ). The standard of work done was excellent despite a challenging space and tricky plumbing. Any small issues that I had were promptly dealt with. They were very professional and considerate given that my son stayed in the flat during most of the renovation.I will not hesitate to use them for any future work and can highly recommend their services.

Highly recommend this company they are no1 when it comes to boiler installations.

I recently hired a team of builders for painting and decorating, and I must say they did an excellent job.
What truly stood out was the commitment to customer satisfaction. When a minor issue arose after the initial completion, Alex was promptly sent to fix it without any hesitation. Alex did an excellent job.
I wouldn’t hesitate to hire them again for any future projects.

I have used numerous contractors in the past with varying results but in this case I was very satisfied with the whole team. They were timely, efficient, polite and reliable throughout. Liam was very dedicated to producing the best possible job. No question was too much for him and he kept me updated every step of the way. He really knew his stuff and his attention to detail was first class. The job was completed to a high standard with minimum disruption and mess. I have no hesitation in giving a 5 star rating.

I can not recommend Clarkes 24/7 enough. After months of searching for a reliable company to install a new boiler and some additional work to two bathrooms, it has been a huge breath of fresh air to work with Simon, Adam and their team. They are efficient, punctual, with a very high standard of work going way beyond what is usually expected to make sure everything goes smoothly and efficiently. I would not hesitate to recommend them and will certainly be using them again. 10/10!

The team were super quick in organising a visit to the flat. When they came they were on time, really friendly, informative and went out of their way to find a solution that wasn’t needlessly expensive!

Clarkes organisation was outstanding, after working for other contractors over the years the guys really knew what they were doing and took their time to make sure I was looked after while working, the end product of their work was outstanding I’d hire them any day if I was a client

I have built houses and done previous restorations, and with that experience in mind I am happy to give Simon and Adam and their staff the 5 star rating. I found them to be enthusiastic, informative, observant and well balanced with their ideas, cognisant of the costs to the client. They were also good at keeping in touch and updating us on progress of the works. I enjoyed working with them too.

I cannot say enough kind words for Adam and Simon! They are rockstars in the truest sense. I have been having difficulty getting light in my flat for weeks, and these to gentlemen step in and fix the issue within minutes!

Also, they made great recommendations renos on other parts of the flat and I am looking forward to working with them there.

We had a series of things that needed attention prior to selling our house which had major refurb and extension work done over 10 years ago. These included working with me and the council to get through regularisation process for building control to updating and gaining gas and electric safety certifications to clearing items unwanted by the buyers. All this while not living in the UK.

Simon, Szymon and Adam were as good and even better than I could have ever hoped for in all that they did for us to get to what needed to be done and ultimately a successful sale. Great communication by Simon throughout all our dealings with Clarkes. Offered a fair price for quite major roof works, and as of writing there has been no issues with the work carried out. Also completed interior works caused by water damage quickly and to a high standard. Really professional job and won't hesitate to use Clarkes again in the future.

I live in Dubai and was investing in a flat in Central London. The flat needed modernisation and I didn’t want to commit ( being all cash investment without loan ) before knowing renovation cost. With no contacts in London, Foxtons recommended Clarkes 247 as a reliable firm. Within a few days I received an accurate and realistic assessment. Adam was available on phone and gave me detailed explanations. My transaction didn’t go through for other reasons. But introduction to Adam was a bonus and he assured me that he can complete the project without my presence. I am looking for another property and central to my plans is the comfort that I have a reliable contracting firm to assist in renovations. To an overseas potential customer finding a trustworthy firm is crucial in such investment decisions. I have already referred Clarkes to a couple of friends who are thinking of buying property in London.

We have had the team from Clarkes with us for the last 3 months and cannot recommend them highly enough. They completely redecorated our new house, created a downstairs bathroom/utility room and fitted bespoke cabinets in the living room. The entire team is polite, friendly and expert in what they do and we are over the moon with the results. The work is top quality and the team went above & beyond to get everything done to our specifications and on time. Brilliant!

Super reliable and efficient. I got the electric gate fixed on one of my properties and even though I wasn't in the area Adam managed to sort everything for me without a problem and kept me updated each step of the way.
