Not Clark’s boots. No name on sole or on the inside as would be usual if authentic.

Not Clark’s boots. Suspect, not even leather. Badly made counterfeit boots, terrible fit. I was lead to believe I was ordering from the UK. Even got a British name on the confirmation. Company is Chinese and wanted me to pay the return postage! No way. PayPal sorted this out for me with full refund. Thank you PayPal. Gave the boots to charity. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!

Rip off

Rip off!
Bought supposedly Clarks quality orthopaedic leather boots. Received 2 pairs very cheaply made smelly boots a size too large and not the wide fit I expected. Not leather. Strips of leatherette for laces. I have returned them … postage £22.75 which the company refuse to pay. Paid via Paypal to whom I am complaining. Paypal should not be supporting scam companies.

Falsly described as "CLARKS Leather Boots"

The boots advertised were supposed to be Clarks shoes, and leather. They were neither. Sought Paypal assistance to get a refund, however the return postage is greater than the price paid as they need to be returned to China before a refund can be made.
I would not purchase anything from this company again.

Awful please do not use

Awful please do not use, I wish I saw these reviews before ordering.
These are not Clark’s, cheap and nasty.
I paid using PayPal but they are refusing to refund me as I returned the boots to the UK address on the parcel and the seller has said they need to be returned to China, which would cost more than the boots.
The seller has said they cannot confirm they would receive the item, all parcels returned to the UK address will get destroyed.
They offered me a 15 and 20% discount to keep them but they don’t fit!
It is a scam

SCAM!!

This is a scam company. Don’t use them. My dispute is ongoing and I have been in touch with them several times. I cancelled my order less than 11 hours after I ordered it which I was entitled to do. They ignored me and kept offering me a discount to keep the item. It hasn’t been been delivered yet and I have no intention of accepting it if it does come. Stay clear if this company based in China and using Clarke’s name. 😡

I ordered wide fit orthopaedic zip up…

I ordered wide fit orthopaedic zip up boots online. There was no acknowledgment email and when the boots arrived there was no order slip in the package. The boots were narrow and did not fit my wife's feet.
I found the company email and asked them how to return them. They offered 10%, then 20% refund and keep the boots.
They are no use, I want to return them with a full refund. They will only allow them to be returned to China, not the "Returns warehouse" in Coalville that is printed on the address label. In fact they told me that if I did use that address the boots would be destroyed and i would get nothing.
The website has now disappeared. The use of the name "Clarkes" makes you think that they are linked to Clarks. They even had the Clarks logo next to the shoes on their website.
Definitely a scam!

SCAM COMPANY 😡😡😡

SCAM COMPANY 😡😡😡
Payed for two pairs of shoes in July. I tracked them. tracking said delivered and signed for. I did not sign for them. ( I have a camera door bell ) I emailed and it took a while for them to get back to me. They apologised saying they would resend. I Followed the tracking, this time it was asking me to pay one pound to track parcel.😡 Again the parcel did not arrive. They said the parcel had been delivered.
I contacted them they said again they would be resent but they did not arrive.
Now they say it is costing THEM money to keep sending them out. So they have offered as compensation a 50% refund. Unbelievable. A scam company for sure. I will continue to write reviews on their many web sites.

Not leather. Not Clarks. Out of pocket.

Not leather, not Clarks. Not fit for purpose. They cost £40. I have been told by PayPal to return them for £22.75. PayPal have offered to pay £15 towards this. They have told me when the seller receives the items, I will get a refund. Don't think I should risk it. Diabolical!

Absolute SCAM

Absolute SCAM. Ordered based on the Clarkes name. Boots were paper thin, and way too narrow to zip at ankle. Funnily enough no invoice to make contact for refund or replacement. Also when i message them on Facebook no reply at all. Total bump avoid at all costs. Ive wasted 17 quid and can't even wear the boots.
