DONT BUY
DONT BUY! I ordered two pairs of shoes. The Clark’s name had given me confidence that this was reputable. I’ve not received an email confirmation or any reply to my email. I contacted my bank. They said I have to wait two weeks before I can put it a fraud complaint. I do not expect to receive any goods so hoping my bank will refund me.
Shady as hell
Shady as hell. It's a front for dropshippers, and the email, website, and payments all go to different domains.
I bought from here after my wife sent me a link of something she liked the look of. It wasn't a lot of money to risk, but the site felt a bit dodgy, so paid by Paypal. Shoes arrived, but narrow fit, wrong size, and poor quality. I accepted a partial refund and will see if I can resell or give away the shoes, but don't waste your money.
Absolutely NOT Clark’s boots … Abysmal…
Absolutely NOT Clark’s boots ( I could kick myself for not taking in the additional e ) … Abysmal Quality and Definitely NOT Leather… in fact, such poor quality that the upper had folded & creased like paper in transit. The lining is awful too. I would also like to mention the weight, which is lighter than a pair of slippers, & so reminiscent of the cheap replicas of the Australian sheepskin boots.
No invoice included to respond to either.
Utter & complete waste of money.
So sorry I didn’t read the responses on here.
Annoyed with myself for being sucked in- so please don’t follow my embarrassing example & buy from this awful company.
No way to refund wrong sizes sent- do not waste your money!
This company sent me size 7 shoes, not the size 6 I ordered. When I asked about returning them and being sent the correct size they suggested they give me a £10 voucher to spend in store as compensation, then gradually offered a 20% refund, 25% refund, 30% refund and finally a 50% refund as I declined the offers. The reviews here say it all, 83% of customers having a bad experience and being out of pocket makes for a company you don't want to deal with.
What a scam!
I could kick myself..just because it uses the Clarks logo and clarks advertising material does not make it clarks! The goods are coun terfeit rubbish..the 2 pairs of boots are laughably bad if I wasn't so annoyed because I can't get my£46 refunded. Offered £ 10 and told to have a nice day!
Poor quality tat from China that you can't get your money back on!!!
This company use Clarks and Freemans names/UK domain to infer they are based/associated with the UK when in fact they are based in China. Items sent are certainly not what you see on their site/advertised. The quality is poor and the 'orthopedic' sandals I ordered are not in any way orthopedic/arch support as in promotional video. The Cami top purchased was of such poor quality that it was see through/the bra support was simply two oval pieces of foam that showed through. In response to my complaints, they offered me discounts on my next purchase despite me requesting a full refund and pre paid postage label to send back. Paypal are dealing with this issue but I have now been given a deadline to send back but cannot without having an English translation of the address which they haven't sent. BIG SCAMMERS!!!
Please do not buy from this company…
Please do not buy from this company they are scammers. Wish I'd seen previous reviews before I ordered. Looks like you are ordering from the UK but it is a scam.Cheap imitation goods are sent from China and you are told you need to pay for return postage if you are unhappy with goods. Currently have ongoing dispute through PayPal. Avoid at all costs.
Avoid. Completely awful.
Avoid! Don't buy from this company!
Don't get fooled by Facebook ads. Do not buy these boots. Exceptionally awful quality. If you track them through their web address and do a bit of googling you are buying from a different website called Summer Shopping through a company called Nanjing Zedong Information Technology who have a UK address based in Aberdeen. Don't buy them. I did. Awful! Definitely nothing to do with Clarkes shoes. I can't even get my feet inside the opening! Very quick to respond to my complaints via email saying I can have a 10% refund if I'm unhappy with them! Grand amount of £2.98! Also Trust Pilot info here tells you all you need to know! Wish I'd looked here first! Serves me right for buying from a site advertising on Facebook!
Do not order shoes from this company!
When I ordered sandals from this company (which I assumed was Clarke's shoes UK) I had an acknowledgement of order from "Summer Dresses", but the PayPal payment was to Nanjing Zedong Information Technology Co., Ltd. When I investigated further I found it was linked to Layla Ltd, based in Hong Kong. When the sandals arrived, they were nothing like the ones in the advert. Instead of being soft, the soles were rock hard and did not bend, they were obviously a cheap substitute. I complained and they offered me £10 off another pair! I then sent them a photo of what I had received and asked why they were so different to the ones on the ad? They replied with an offer of £5 refund with no need to return the sandals. I could return the sandals at my own expense but they could not guarantee that they would receive them. So, I complained to Paypal, and received an immediate offer of a refund of £13.98, which was £10 less than my total payment. I accepted this offer, as I wanted to close the case and at least I was now only £10 down. They run the same ad with various other names as well, many with Clarkes in the title. They are charlatans, and Facebook needs to stop their ads.
Beware of this website - front for a Chinese company selling poor quality goods
Beware of this website. I recently bought 2 pairs of sandals from here, with ‘fast shipping’ . Only when they didn’t arrive in a reasonable time did I look more closely and find it is a front for a Chinese company, Wuleer, and the sandals were coming from China. When they arrived they looked cheap and nasty.
