Very polite helpful service from Joseph and Gemma at the Clark's Aylesbury branch, and good value on the girl's shoes I bought.

Staff at Aylesbury store were brilliant with my young daughter who is extremely shy and was crying the shop down. The First Lady measure her feet for me and was so kind and patient. After a break later that day we came back and got her some new shoes naema was so helpful kind and patient. Both ladies went above and beyond to make my daughter at ease/happy and Turned what was a stressful situation into a easy one

Really really poor online customer care. My order arrived in store over a week late. Contacted online chat with no response for 6hours & emailed customer care - still waiting for a response 4days later. Unacceptable. Staff in store weren’t able to help as this was an online purchase

I am real customer of Clarks (Sales Receipt - Ticket: 18465542, Store: 1875, Date: 30 November 2024 10:38, Salesperson: Naema T).
I was impressed by the professionalism of the salesperson Ms Naema at the Clarks store in Aylesbury when I wanted to buy shoes. I didn't know my exact size of the shoes. Ms Naema not only measured my feet, but also helped me lace up my new shoes like a little child. In the end, she found me a wonderful pair of shoes that I didn't even pay attention to at first. I bought them and I'm very happy. Thank you, Ms Naema!

I’ve been wearing Clarks shoes for a while having switched from other brands as the quality and comfort is first rate. Today I purchased two pairs in the Aylesbury store helped by Harry who was really helpful and patient running around getting the correct size for me. Thank you.

Joseph help me today to choose a pair of shoes for my son.
He was so kind and calm while he measured my son's foot.
And my son for 1st time he did not cry or scream while he had the foot measured.

My daughter needed some trainers to take back to uni . Joseph gave us a warm welcome . He was friendly, professional and went one step beyond to help her . Finely she found the ones that fitted and suited her . Thank you Joseph for all your help .

Aylesbury Store - my son really didn't want to have his feet measured today and threw a big tantrum! Joseph was so lovely with him, asking him his name and shaking his hand . He told him everything he was going to do in a simple way, that my son could understand . Joseph was so patient and kind and my son settled down , as soon as Joseph took over . What a fantastic staff member you have there. A real asset . Joseph would be amazing with SEN children , who struggle to get their feet measured .

Visited the store in Aylesbury a short while ago because of a problem with my 1 yesr old grandsons shoes.
I saw Joseph and he was very polite and helpful.

I took my newly walking Grandson in for his first pair of shoes and Joseph was really good with him. Patient and kind and brought out soft toys to distract him. He took time to make sure we left with the right size shoes with some growing room.
Good to find a Clark's store still open!

Website easy to navigate, shop staff especially helpful on pick-up, and allowing me to try them on. Sadly they did not fit (my fault I thought wrongly they were a wide fitting)

Great service from Christina at Aylesbury at the start of the school holidays. We got in early and my teen daughter was shown a range of slip ins she liked with some expert advice in using a heel grip in one. A delighted customer.
