Christina in the Aylesbury branch, made my experience with getting my little girls first shoes, very easy, she measured her feet and then brought out a selection of different shoes she had in her size, she was very friendly and patient. Thank you very much for making the experience a positive one.

Great experience
Visited the Aylesbury store today to have my toddler’s feet measured for some summer sandals. The shop assistant, Joseph, was fantastic with her. He was very patient and even brought out a stuffed teddy to help keep her entertained. We left the shop with a lovely new pair of sandals and without too much drama… happy parent!

Had a great experience in the Aylesbury store, Joseph was knowledgeable and was able to help my fidgety 7 year old son choose some shoes to fit. I would never have picked out the 'LA Lakers' colour way, but as soon as he saw them his eyes lit up! Thanks!

First shoe fitting
We visited the Aylesbury store for our 1 year olds first shoe fitting. Joseph helped us and was amazing. He was very knowledgeable, guided us through everything and was so kind and interactive with our little one. We ended up with a lovely pair of first shoes. Thank you Joseph 😊

I wish I could mark 0 stars. I never had great experience when visiting a Clark store and I thought purchasing online I could avoid the unpleasant people they have at store but my experience got even worse.
The online system doesn't work. I have tried to use a gift card from my work place and due to IT issue the gift card wasn't accepted. I have contacted Clarks Help desk and I was told to go to store. Unfortunately, no one at store could help me. So I have lost the money, Clarks has the money and I don't have the shoes I need.
Clarks should be looking to improve the customer experience at store level and website level.
