Had a fantastic experience for a shoe fitting with Caitlin today. She was very thorough checking current Clarks school shoes for fit and recommended some excellent trainer options for my 6 year old daughter. She explained each step of the fitting and what she hoping to see. The trainers we chose weren’t in stock in the width we needed so she very helpfully ordered them to our home. She had a lovely manner with my little ones and recommended some great parent reviver to spruce up the shoes we already own.

Fantastic experience, school shoe shopping for 2 boys and we were helped by Ben who was very polite and friendly.

We phoned in the morning to try and get an appointment for our 2 children to have there feet measured prior to going back to school and we spoke to Sue who was brilliant she was so helpful, when we arrived at the store they had it set up so well for all the children and the process worked so well, it was such a chilled out environment.

We were helped by a young man called Ted who was equally as helpful in helping us to decide what shoes to get for our son and daughter.

Well done to everyone at Clarks in Bath !!!!!

Very limited choice of practical school shoes, but great service from Isla - thank you for your patience!

Sophie was patient for us to make a decision for my sisters first shoes in junior school so it was a big deal for her, and she had great customer services and was having a conversation with my sister.

We were welcomed to the store and given a specific place to go. Caitlin arrived promptly and measured my daughter’s feet. Rather than waste time bringing shoes out one by one, Caitlin showed us what there was available so my daughter could choose.

My daughter has wide feet which limits the options available unless she goes to adult shoes which obviously means higher cost. Thankfully we managed to pick one of the two options and we were down within 10 mins. Very efficient!

Ted was very helpful and patient at ckarks Bath.

Sarah, who served is in the Bath branch today was extremely friendly, helpful and professional. My daughter was not in the mood to buy a pair of school shoes, but she gave some great and helpful advice which my daughter liked and we left the shop with a brilliant pair!

I went into the Bath branch as my shoe unexpectedly broke whilst I was out with a wedding party. Alison was fantastic! I cannot praise her customer service highly enough. She helped me quickly and efficiently and was caring and professional. She is an absolute credit to your store and I hope she gets the praise and recognition she deserves.

Elinor was great with the kids during this busy school shoe buying time. She measured both kids, asking what years they were going into and if they were excited. Looked in the stock for the styles they liked and even bought back another pair she thought my daughter might like. We got inner soles as she is between sizes but I wanted growing room.

Alis from the Bath store was absolutely brilliant with her help and knowledge. Helping my daughter with a broken arm and her sister choose shoes etc, very friendly and puts the girls at ease while having there feet measured, will def be back again to buy shoes :)

Great and thorough fitting from Isla in Bath, who tries all the options to find a pair of school shoes which were acceptable to the young madam. Isla makes it much less stressful than it normally is!

I went into the Bath branch of Clark’s on spec, as I have great difficulty in finding comfortable shoes that cater for both my wider than average feet and also the fact I have arthritis in some of my toes. I was served by a young lady called Sarah who was extremely helpful and pointed me in the direction of suitable options. I came away with a very comfortable pair of black leather loafers which were also a very reasonable price.

A lovely young lady called Isla helped me and my granddaughter Measure and fit new school shoes for September.
