I had a fantastic experience at Clarks in Forestside thanks to Tom, who served my twin sons so exceptionally well. He was incredibly patient, friendly, and charming throughout the whole visit, making the boys feel comfortable and excited while trying on their shoes. A real credit to the Clarks team at Forestside!

Great quality and comfort as has been my usual experience with Clarks

Very helpful staff who didn't hassle me into buying the first pair I tried on. I tried on my usual size in EE but because of unhelpful feet, had to go up a size, but I got there in the end. All in all a very satisfactory experience.

Bethany was very helpful, tried to steer my son to the shoes I wanted him to get and ensured she gave us a choice of a few shoes within the same price range.

We went in to get my son school shoes. He hates the whole experience so getting his feet measured and how busy the shop is. Ellie Rose served us and was fantastic! She spoke to him about sea monsters which is his favourite thing at the minute and was able to distract him so we could get the shoes! She was really great 10/10 - thank you Ellie Rose!

My son needed some new shoes for school. The customer service of the attendant who served us, Lola, was superb. She was kind and amusing in her interaction with, and assistance of, my son. When she found out he wasn't confident in tying his laces she took the time to show him how, and when he was successful, she praised him.

Sarah was excellent with my child when we went in to get new school shoes - despite the huge number of people in the shop, she remained calm, kind and patient throughout our fitting. Thank you!

Oh what a frustrating visit to get school shoes - was waiting for another size - assistant hadn’t ordered at all from upstairs and when I checked up on ithe shoes they didn’t have the size in store.

Excellent service from Faye in Forestside store

At this busy time of year, when everybody is looking for school shoes, staff were excellent at helping us to book an appointment instead of waiting in a line for ages. There were plenty of appointments available and we were served by Ellicruse, who was fantastic and really took her time with us. Thank you Clark’s!

Holly served us and was absolutely outstanding. She put the kids at ease, was very quick to get the shoes, found suitable alternatives when needed and generally was lovely. Thank you Holly!

Bethany and everyone else was really helpful yesterday and gave great advice on which school shoes I should go for. Ordering in the pair I wanted was quick and easy, and Bethany was funny and lovely to talk to! Can't wait for my shoes 🤭

Visited Belfast Forestside store for the dreaded school shoe fitting and we were served by Tess, this girl has the patience of a saint! She engaged with our 6,4 and 1 year old like a pro and they all felt special and excited getting to choose their new shoes. It was busy and the kids weren’t exactly quiet but we got what we needed with minimal trauma involved!

We had made an online reservation and were taken right on time in a very busy shop. Geraldine was so friendly and welcoming and Bethany helped us with our shoe fitting. She was so lovely, very friendly and was able to have our 4 year old completely at ease almost instantly and eager to try on new shoes as he had been very reluctant when we first went in. It was a really lovely experience especially as it was for his first school shoes. I had looked at the shoes earlier so I was prepared on the choice which was very handy. The shop was extremely busy but organised in a great way and I didn’t feel that we were pressurised to make a choice quickly. I will return with my grandson again for sure :)

I brought my grandson to the Forestside branch of Clarks to get his feet measured for his first pair of shoes. The process was easy, and, despite the store being overrun with people buying school shoes, we were seen quickly. We were taken great care of by Sarah, who explained what was available and what was going to be done. My little grandson fidgeted and squirmed and made it really difficult to get his measurements taken but Sarah was really patient with him. He has an aversion to anybody messing with his feet but we got it sorted with little fuss and he wore them all day. I feel this could have gone worse but this lady was really confident with him and that made all the difference to our shopping experience today.

Grace was great, very patient with my kids during their fitting.
