Sophie helped us when i took my 18 ‘o th old in for new shoes. she was so friendly and warm to my daughter who was a bit unsure of the foot measuring process. she explained all the different issues and types of shoes and was generally just a lovely person! thank you!

Anne was very helpful and assisted us as soon as we entered the store.

Sophie fitted 2 new pairs of shoes for my 18 month old. She was brilliant with the child, really put her at ease and made her laugh. We will be back!

My daughter had a fitting today with Ispraha and Sophie, my daughter has right sided cerebral palsy and has to avail of the split shoe scheme when she comes in as she wears a leg splint. We have always had a very positive experience in this branch and the staff are so friendly and talkative to my daughter and I. These two staff members were incredible with her today, they chatted away to her, encouraged her to laugh and tease them and she left the shop hugging them and giving them fist bumps. Ispraha and Sophie show incredible understanding of children with additional needs and how to relate to them. Very grateful to have met them and been helped by them today

Geraldine and her team were rushed off their feet today in the Forestside (no pun intended) but they dealt with all the customers in a very helpful and friendly way, and despite a bit of a wait, they maintained a very cool manner. Thank you for the advice!

Clarks Forestside has a post Christmas sale and I purchased 3 pairs of shoes which I am very pleased with. I was served by Geraldine who provided a lot of good advice on the difference kind of shoes and boots available and what they would be most suited for. I also got some good advice on how to maintain and look after the different types of shoes/boots purchased. All the staff were very friendly and quick to help with determining the correct shoe size.

As always Clarks provided an excellent service in measuring my sons feet for a new pair of shoes. A particular mention has to go to Fiona who helped us. She was professional, knowledgeable and just a lovely person! Fiona provided a few options for shoes and gave us advice on what may be best.
