Not too much choice of products

Not too much choice of products. Staff very helpful and friendly although with regards sales can be quite pushy with adding things on to the sale.
Shoes are quite expensive but from past experience have always been good quality. Also asked me to scan a barcode at till in order to get future discount to which i thought great. However it didnt work.

The whole team (zarah

The whole team (zarah, Aysha and arzoo) were really supportive and all had smiles on their faces. The shop was really busy but they continued to deliver amazing customer service.

Jane was so helpful with my return

Jane was so helpful with my return, listened to my comments and made lots of suggested alternatives, made a real difference to my shopping experience. Would definately return. She even prompted me to a return discount QR code. So helpful, could not gave asked for more.

Arzoo was brilliant with kids

Arzoo was brilliant with kids, so funny and bubbly personality!:) made my kids comfortable and checked their sizes and recommended some school shoes.10/10 for customer skills, will definitely come back to purchase from Blackburn store.

The staff Judy and Izzy were absolutely…

The staff Judy and Izzy were absolutely brilliant. Very patient with my 3 kids! So helpful and took their time to measure theor feet and bring different sizes for them. They enjoyed doing it and were fantastic doing their job! Thank you so much. A job which I dreaded bringing all 3 kids they made it so easy and simple.
