Purchased a pair of shoes 3 months ago and the soles have worn quite badly. I visited Castlepoint Store in Bournemouth where I purchased the shoes. Hannah, a member of staff inspected the shoes and agreed that a replacement was justified, I selected a different pair of shoes and Hannah gave me a goodwill gesture of 15% off the price. The customer service I received from Hannah was absolutely excellent.

Adam was welcoming when we arrived at the store. Adam got a selection of shoes out for my daughter to try. He was kind, patient and helpful. Thank you.

Took our 6 year old grandaughter to have her feet measured at Castlepoint Store Bournemouth. Carla was very helpful and knowledgeable. She was patient and attentive to our grandaughters needs and we came away very satisfied with a new pair of school shoes and the service and advice we received.

Today Yassin helped us with our little man’s first shoes. He was polite and patient and nothing was too much trouble. He is a credit to the store. Thanks Yassin 😊

Carla at Castlepoint - you star! So, so patient with my 2 year old today, when trying to fit her for new shoes. Brilliantly assisted us and put us at ease when our little one wasn't always playing ball..! As the shop didn't have the correct sizes in, she sourced three pairs for me from different stores and organised home delivery. Top service, very much appreciated!

Carla at the castle point store in Bournemouth was extremely helpful and patient with my son on our visit for new school shoes. Amazing service!

Mandy at the Castlepoint store was anazing. We’ve always been told my daughter has wide feet, she explained it was due to high arch and not wide feet so talked through best style of shoes for her feet. She was so knowledgable and very friendly

I visited your Clark’s Castlepoint store on Christmas Eve. I was served by Karla, she was extremely patient and brought out a number of shoes before I found the perfect pair. I would be delighted to be served by her again in the future.

Always struggle to buy footwear as I have short wide feet with bunions !! Hannah at Clark's in castlepoint couldn't have been more helpful , getting me many different styles & sizes to try! She was extremely patient & didn't make me feel I was being a nuisance ( which I have previously!) and made sure I was happy at the end...very positive experience!

The Salesperson, Hannah at Castle Point Branch, was incredibly helpful. An asset to the company. Hopefully all positive feedbacks regarding your employees will get back to them. it is very important to feel appreciated and receive due commendations when it applies as in Hannah's case.

I was buying shoes in Bournemouth for my 96 year old mother who lives in Surrey. Abigail at Castlepoint, Bournemouth was delightfully helpful and efficient in rapidly collecting 7 pairs of shoes which my mother then tried at home. An advantage of Clarke’s is the half size availability. Two pairs of shoes were perfect and very good quality, and Clarks were courteous & efficient in refunding the other 5 pairs returned. It made the whole shoe buying experience a pleasure! Thank you

Had a really good experience here with Carla. Went with my two year old, this is the second time Carla has helped us pick out some new shoes and she couldn’t have been more helpful : ) We’ll be back soon when the little man grows out of these. Thanks Carla!

Went to the Bournemouth branch at Castlepoint today. I have difficulty finding shoes to fit as my left foot is swollen due to a medical condition. Abby was brilliant. She understood the issue I face and was able to suggest shoes that would fit. She was also extremely patient trying different sizes in styles to find the best fit. It made the whole shopping experience alot easier for me.

We were having a stressful day (11/11/24) having visited two other shoe shops and in desperate need of some school shoes. We saw Abby at the Castlepoint shop who was really thorough and had a great fitting experience. She kept getting other shoes for my daughter to try and we finally found a pair which fitted. However, Abby knew we weren't keen on the shoes so she had one last look at their latest delivery and found a pair that we did like and went through the process again, ensuring they fitted. Thanks so much Abby - you were brilliant and we were very relieved to not only find a pair that fitted but (with your help) find a pair that we actually liked. 5/5 for professionalism and customer experience. I visited castlepoint branch and Abbey served me with my 2 yr old daughter. She could see that previously in August the size of the current shoes weren’t given to me in the correct width. As I had the receipt she kindly replaced them which you could see fitted my daughters feet a lot better.

Carla who assisted me was incredibly helpful. Went to find a pair of shoes for a wedding. Nothing was too much trouble for her and all with a smile on her face. Also Clarks do half sizes and the option of standard or wide fit. Found the perfect pair.
