We were very impressed when we visited this weekend. We were served quickly and Chloe was very kind to our little boy who was shopping for his first school shoes.

After a very stressful day of school uniform shopping we came to Clarks having already tried a few different shops including a different Clarks store. I was greeted at the door and immediately felt listened to. I told Lauren the issues we were having in finding suitable school shoes for my daughter and that so far no one had been interested in helping and she instantly was able to find a pair that fitted correctly, suited my daughter's needs and were comfortable. She was kind and professional. We will definitely make Chelmsford Clarks our first choice of shoe shop in the future.

We went into the Chelmsford Branch today and were served immediately. The fitter for the Kids was a lovely lady called Ikra, she was very helpful and attentive, even though I had 3 kids to be measured! Clark's Shoes always last and are good value for money. Thank you Ikra so much for your time and patience today.

Had a lovely experience for buying my daughter’s first school shoes. I was sceptical at first about getting clarks shoes or whether to just buy shoes from somewhere cheaper. However, Zuzie took a lot of care measuring and made me feel like it was definitely the right decision to spend a bit more and get them properly fitted. She even provided options similar she thought we would like when our original picked pair wasn’t available. She was lovely, friendly and very professional. I would definitely recommend :)

Hannah at Chelmsford was very patient with my grandson who finds it hard to answer questions and make decisions. She was very kind and helpful.

Had to exchange my daughter’s shoes today because her feet have grown 2 sizes in a very short time! Michaela was super helpful and patient and with her help and guidance we found the perfect shoe and fit. I highly recommend Clarks Chelmsford, all staff are friendly and patient

Choosing new school shoes for my daughter with IKRA was effortless. She was caring, friendly and was totally brilliant.

Imogen was brilliant she stayed with my daughter along time to get the perfect school shoes , she was kind and patient , took my daughter size and give all the options , we took long time and she was so nice , 5 star from me and Five from my daughter .

We needed to exchange a pair of school shoes today and we were dreading hitting the school rush. The Chelmsford Team were efficient and helpful. Thanks to Zuzie for persuading my daughter the shoes looked good and keeping them behind the till for us. Lovely, smiley super quick customer service 😁
