We went into Clark’s and the team was rushed off their feet. Amber was fantastic, multitasking doesn’t even begin to cover it. She got us (and a hundred others) what we needed and was efficient and very lovely. Thank you!

I had great experience at Clark’s store today morning , Dionne was lovely she help me choose the perfect shoes for my son .. thank you Dionne!

I was served straight away by a lovely lady called Imogen. She was very good with my 3 year old and found a perfect pair of shoes for him which he was very pleased with.
A very successful and efficient trip.

Lauren made us feel like shopping at home.
When my 89-year-old mother and I looked for comfort shoes in the store on Friday afternoon, Lauren gave my mom the hot water she requested, which made her feel warm. We bought three pairs of shoes and planned to return one of them, but now we decided to keep them all.

She noticed I was wearing Clarks shoes and congrats I am their customer and were suggesting and offering a few options that suited my style and comfort needs. Lauren was so patient and never pressured me to make a quick decision.She encouraged me to try multiple sizes to ensure the perfect fit, which made a huge difference. Chloe was excellent with my daughter. She was patient and very calm. My little one has unusual shaped feet. We find very hard to get her school shoes. Chloe is an asset to the Clarks team in Chelmsford

Great service from Natalia at the Chelmsford branch. Nothing was too much trouble when I was looking at purchasing some boots. I wish there were more people like you in retail.

Amrit was extremely helpful. My 13 year old didn't want to be trying shoes on but Amrit was really kind and made her laugh so she soon relaxed.

I bought my three grandchildren trainers at the Chelmsford branch. Stacie helped us with our purchase, fitting, searching, running up and down in order to find my fashionista granddaughter, my hard-to-fit granddaughter, and my I-know-what-I-like grandson shoes that made them happy, all the while genuinely smiling and talking to the kids and us. She’s a star. Make sure to keep her!

My toddler son needed new shoes and Dionne was friendly, knowledgeable and extremely helpful. We will be returning when his feet have grown.

My little boy is usually very anxious having his feet measured, but Dionne made so much effort to talk to him, making the whole experience fun and engaging. He enjoyed it, and even gave her a hug at the end! This made such a difference (and helped me as a tired parent!) thank you Dionne.
