Really good experience at Chelmsford Clark's with Lee. She was great with the kids & calm and kind and got my son (who had previously resisted) to get his feet measured and then try on some shoes!

Staff at the Chelmsford Branch were amazing. Very welcoming and helpful.
Katie was called down from the stock room to help find the perfect shoes for my 2 year old son.
Thank you Katie for your help and assistance.

I would like to thank Dionne at your branch in Chelmsford Essex today.
She was so helpful helping me to find a pair of shoes for a wedding and she has now been able to order some for me.
She went above and beyond.

Super service from Dionne in the Chelmsford branch. She knew all about the stock and made recommendations to both myself and another customer. So nice to have someone who clearly enjoys their job. She is a credit to the Chelmsford branch.

Dionne was extremely helpful when I was looking for shoes for my little boy. She was so kind and friendly ans welcoming with him and we managed to find a pair of shoes for him.and boots for me! Always a pleasure

Purchased a pair of Nurses work shoes 2 years ago & was so excited to walk in and see them still available and the style unchanged.
I live in Australia so have not been able to get them there.
Both Dionne & Lauren were so helpful today,
Both very valuable staff members.
Hopefully they’ll serve me on my next visit to Chelmsford.

Went to Chelmsford to get new shoes for our children Amber was really helpful and knowledgeable

I’m took my 1 year old little boy into Clark’s in Chelmsford on the 30th of December to have his feet measured as he has just started walking. I was greeted with a lovely smile from Stacie and she came straight over and asked how she could help. We told her what we were there for and instantly she started chatting to my little boy, she was so sweet. She went and got the bits she needed and came back with a toy monkey tow. She measured my little one’s feet so carefully and then talked me through what shoes would be good for different things. She went and got the few pairs we asked for and popped them on my little one.

He the started waddling round the shop in his new found love for these shoes, he was then the highlight of the shop! All the staff were amazing with him as he ran round the shop. Stacie was super lovely and made it such a stress free process. Thank you so much Stacie, you’re a diamond! Highly recommend this shop!!

We had a fantastic experience in Chelmsford Clarks today.
We were served by the lovely Zuzie who helped my daughter choose school shoes and trainers that we had been struggling with.
Thank you Zuzie for making the whole experience easier for her. My daughter was so happy she walked out of the shop in her new trainers.

Chelmsford branch of Clarks. Dionne was amazing! Really friendly, helpful and made the whole visit worthwhile and enjoyable. Amazing, funny and lovely woman!

Lauren was wonderful with our two year old granddaughter engaging her in the process and chatting and smiling throughout

Went into Chelmsford branch today with my father in law who is 93 years old to get him some shoes, the service he received was impeccable from the sales lady called Dionne she was so helpful and kind with him, I could not have asked for better service that he I may received, she is an asset to the store her service would make me return again and again Chelmsford you are so lucky to have Dionne working for you, if I was running a store she would certainly be on my team.

Very helpful staff member (Lauren). They didn't have the size in style my husband needed. She researched to find pair in alternative store to order them. However, an alternative pair she suggested, fit well & we bought them instead. If she hadn't offered them, we'd have left empty handed & disappointed. Couldn't have been more helpful.

Amber served me today with my two crazy little girls who ran riot. She was fantastic. She played with them & made shoe fitting fun for them. She didn’t try to rush us & came up with lots of different options to suit each of them. Shoe shopping with them is like a workout, but she didn’t complain & actually offered to help us again next time! Can’t recommend her highly enough. Thank you so much x

We visited today and were helped by Dionne - she was fantastic! She helped both of my children choose new shoes and had such a fun energy.

Shoes excellent arrived on time but of course you go straight to the front door no one ever there l get really annoyed why do they not ring doorbell then put it down.
And l have a long drive.
