The assistant Dionne was brilliant. My aunt is almost 102 years old. And we where served and ordered a pair of slippers/shoes to fit her very swollen feet ...withs lots of patience and fun. We collected them this morning and Dionne was on form again with effal ...thank you .xx

We were purchasing shoes and sandals for two two year olds and were served by a lovely assistant for whom nothing was too much trouble and who was really patient and kind to our two children. Her name is Dionne and she made our visit painless and enjoyable. Thank you Dionne! She is a great advocate for Clark’s. Look after her please 🥰

Amber was friendly and helpful when I took my elderly mother in to the shop to buy some shoes. She was happy to measure her feet and my mother was able to try on the 3 pairs of shoes and walk around in them with no pressure to buy or hurry.

She quickly helped identify the sandals for my son who due to orthopaedic supports struggles to find anything that will fit comfortable.

Visited the Chelmsford store with my three children, aged 5, 8 and 10, with all needing new shoes.
Lauren was super helpful, knowledgeable and speedy. All three left happy, which is no mean feat!

Stacie was really helpful and made it very easy buying my daughters first pair of shoes - not just with finding the best fit, but also the best colour to go with everything!

My son's buckle snapped off his shoe 4 months after purchase and I took the shoes back in to store to see if they could be fixed. As they could not be fixed, the ladies in the store kindly replaced the shoes for him. I always find the store welcoming and on this occasion I felt they went above and beyond to help me.

Lauren was extremely helpful and provided great insight and advice. She couldn’t have done more, not pushy just making sure I had the best outcome for me. I also noticed Lauren was actively helpful with another gentleman in the store going above and beyond in fact. She made the whole experience a pleasure. Thank you

Had an amazing experience thanks to Amber at the Chelmsford store. She was really helpful with sizing my 3yo and helping to exchange a pair of shoes that weren’t fitting. The whole team were friendly and really went out of their way to provide an excellent shopping experience.

Amber was brilliant. She served us quickly, she had very good knowledge about the range of shoes that would fit my daughter. She spoke to my daughter and helped put her at ease. She was able to get us sorted with shoes in under 10 mins. She is a great asset to the Chelmsford team.
