Great service from Cody. Patiently & quickly fitted all 3 of my kids school shoes.

Earlier this week I visited Chelmsford Clarks with my 15 year old son to buy new school shoes. We were served by Harry and were extremely impressed by his professionalism, enthusiasm and friendly manner. Although he needed to go back and forth several times to the stock room to find shoes, he was consistently helpful and patient. He is an asset to the store and a superb role model for anyone in sales and indeed any profession.

I was looking for some easily fastenable shoes for my elderly mother. The staff in this store were more than helpful, checking colour and sizes for me. They were patient as I photographed the shoes for Mum to see on Whastsapp. Amrit was most helpful and a delightful store assistant, she was patient and polite. I really appreciated her advice and service.

We visit Clarks each time our daughters need new shoes and we have been fortunate enough to be helped by Dionne a number of times now. Today we visited to get my Daughters first school shoes and Dionne made the whole experience a joy. She is fantastic with my daughter, even remembering her from previous visits and she is so kind and enthusiastic. I hope Clarks appreciate that she is an absolute gem. Thank you Dionne.

I was served by Harry who was extremely helpful. He waited with my sandals while I went and found a phone signal to check if I could get a different size online. I failed to get a signal. He was still waiting for me when I got back and I bought the sandals. Thank you Harry.

I visited the Chelmsford store with my 2 daughter's this morning & Dionne was great! She made the process quick & easy, would love to be served by her again next time!

Clarks assistant Izzy was so patient and helpful trued multiple shoes for us until we found the perfect pair! Also gave us advice on maintaining patten leather.

Had a very pleasant visit to Clark’s.
Dionne and Amber were very helpful and friendly and gave me an honest opinion which helped in choosing the right pair of sandals for my needs. Best place to shop for comfort and also excellent service from all the ladies that work there especially Dionne and Amber 🙂

We went in to buy our daughter’s first pair of shoes. Eve greeted us as soon as we walked in. Was very friendly and profesional. Found my daughter’s size and we left happy. Great experience all round.

Received incredible service from Toni last week. She went above and beyond to make find great shoes for my daughter. Super helpful and friendly.

Eve went above and beyond the hunt the shoes my daughter wanted. She was new and she got a more experienced member of staff to confirm the sizing which was comforting.

I had been into Skechers and they were helpful but I couldn’t find anything comfortable enough for my feet, I suffer from Fibromyalgia and peripheral Neuropathy in my feet.
I walked into Clark’s and was met by Eve, immediately I felt welcome. She was very patient and went out of her way to make sure I got a complete service. I ended up buying two pairs of shoes, plus a bag.

We walked in as i needed some boots at the last minute. Difficult to find in August!

My daughter and I have just returned from a visit to the Chelmsford store.
Hannah served us today, she was very helpful, calm and answered any queries we had.
She brought a lot of shoes out for my daughter to try ( she's 15 but has tiny feet) and together we found a shoe that was suitable for school.

I really liked the range of men's shoes here at the Chelmsford branch, and the two assistants, Zanita & Lauren, were very friendly and helpful! I will definitely return to this shop for future purchases. 🙂

Amber was so kind, patient and helpful for me and my 1 year old daughter, getting her feet measured and finding her some new shoes. She has served us twice now and she's been the same each time! Thank you Amber we will be coming back :)
