Chantelle is amazing setting the standard even on a busy day full of smiles and very helpful choosing our little girls school shoes

We had a tough decision with shoes which didn’t fit perfectly and my youngest was really playing up but Josh M (I think that’s right) at Derby was really helpful and patient.

We visited the Derby Store inside Derbion today, Amelia looked after us and showed extreme kindness when my daughter was struggling with the noise and getting overwhelmed. Amelia took her time, didn't rush us and assisted my daughter she could take as long as she needed to decide, she also offered us the quiet room to help with her overwhelm (which we had no idea existed). I just wanted to say a huge thank you to Amelia and the kindness / understanding she showed us and my daughter.

Went for shoe fitting with my girls today and the shoe fitter was absolutely lovely guy, helpful polite. Absolutely brilliant with my girls Josh.h was amazing

I brought along my granddaughter to be fitted for school shoes last Thursday(Aug 22nd) in the Derbion & received excellent service from a young assistant called Edigar. He was patient, knowledgeable & friendly. A delighted granddaughter left with her new loafers!

Patience who served us was so great fitting my children’s shoes. Like her namesake she was patient and full of professionalism and personality. In an age of self check out it was refreshing for the kids to see how shop assistants can be - helpful and fun. She worked with grace and that personal touch. Thank you for not rushing us.

Josh H at the Derby store was fabulous with my two boys today. Friendly and engaging, teaching them how to use the new type of strap, etc. He was helpful
on sizing and room to grow and ensured the boys didnt try anything I wasnt happy with (for price and style etc). So much easier than guess work online or at other stores. Thankyou.

We visited the Derby store and were served by Josh H. Josh was very polite and personable and showed confidence and knowledge in his work, he chatted to my daughter and was genuinely interested in her last year at school (which was why we were in the store buying shoes). Josh H was great to deal with and would definitely hope he would serve us again. The store was busy with lots of other customers but Josh H never lost his cool demeanour and gave us all the time we needed to make our purchase

Chloe who was our main assistant was absolutely excellent at dealing with our autistic child. She spotted he was uncomfortable in the main shop and took us to the quiet area. She was really professional and asked our boy lots of questions to make him feel like he was really involved in the process. Buying shoes has always been challenging with him not really getting involved. She made him feel really comfortable. We were also joined by Grainne who was just as good with him. Excellent service and highly recommended for buying kids shoes.

My granddaughter had freaked out a bit at the last shoe fitting experience but today Chloe K took time to put her at ease and was lovely.

We went to the Clarks in Derby and had the most wonderful experience from a young gentleman named Josh. He introduced himself and asked if he could help us with anything. We explained we needed shoes for our son and the kind of design we required. Immediately he offered to measure my sons feet then directed us to the shoes that were suitable for him.
Whilst we were looking at the different shoes, he was engaging with my children which I thought was lovely. Shoe shopping for children is boring, but Josh being attentive and engaging, made the whole experience fun and brilliant.
I was extremely impressed with this young man, as was my husband. In a day and age where great customer service is dwindling, we had the most wonderful experience in the Derby store. Josh could not have done anything more for us. He went above and beyond what we expected and even used his initiative in bringing out another pair of shoes which we had mentioned were similar to the design we liked. We were able to purchase the shoes we wanted and left the store feeling like we were a valued customer, but more so than that, we felt Josh was a very valued member of their team so thanks Josh! Your assistance and customer service were second to none!

Josh at the Derby store made shopping for school shoes a pleasure... thank you 😀

Took granddaughter for shoe fitting at Clarks derbion. Service was brilliant kacey the assistant who measured and fitting the new shoes was very nice and informative. Definitely recommend this shop and it's staff.

Very helpful young man,very polite he introduced his self and interacted with our granddaughter.

Anaiya was incredibly patient with our two boys being fitted for their school shoes. Nothing was too much trouble for her, even going back to get a pair of shoes they’d tried on at the beginning of the session and then changed their mind over. We were very pleased with the fit of the shoes finally settled on.
