Great services today, got a token for the queue to be measured, had a quick look around and before we knew it we had friendly advice on shoe sizing options, my daughter knew she wanted the same we had before and they had them available in store. Nice and easy don’t think we’re in the store much over 10 minutes. Clark’s are the only decent shoe retailer for kids school shoes in my opinion.

We visited the Eastbourne store today with a very tired very stressed out SEN child and Tiana was brilliant with her. She was patient, calm, understanding, she listened and explained everything to my daughter, asking her name etc. It felt like she genuinely cared and we've left with a perfect fitting pair of shoes that went straight on! Thank you Tiana, you are a credit to the company and have made us a very happy family today!

Mya was an excellent server, friendly & helpful. Sadly we need H width shoes which are very limited in options.

During my experience at Clarks I felt great exuberance when greeted by Will. A smile and nice breath (minty!). He not only made my retail ride smoother but to my dear boy Marmoush. Marmoush had blisters but Will able to still measure - minus the scabs! William I very very happy with your service and will definitely bring my son Emmanuel to your store when he was birthed. Clarks no more X now we call it Wills! Thank you again, very nice. Marmoush now feeling much better and blister free.

I went into Clarks, Eastbourne, the store seemed fairly busy but I was given a ticket and seen to very quickly by Alex. Alex was very helpful when finding the right size for both my children and listened to both their wishes regarding what style they both wanted. Alex also told me that the shoes both have 3 month warranty on them, so if they get any scuffs, breakages or if their feet grow I can bring them back for a new pair! Fab to know! Thanks Alex.

Bought our daughter’s pair of school shoes and trainers today. The service we received from Jack was amazing, he was great with both our kids. Can’t fault the systems they have in place, I would recommend booking a slot as it does get busy!

We went to Clark’s Eastbourne to get ours children's feet measured for school.
Jack was very attentive, professional and made our children feel very settled and relaxed. He took an interest in my son’s interest in Spider-Man which enabled the fitting to be more successful. He was also very knowledgeable and fitted the children's feet well.

Came In today at Eastbourne on the 20/08/24 to get some school shoes for my daughter and we had a lovely man named Jack help us get the right shoes for my daughter. He was very friendly and kind, talked with my daughter and made sure she was comfortable with her shoes. Great experience with Jack and his customer service was excellent. Thank you! Will shop here again.

Jack was very friendly and interested in my granddaughters, which made them feel comfortable and so they responded and were open to listening to the best style for one of them who was a little fussier! It was an enjoyable time.

Jack from the Eastbourne branch was fantastic! Great with kids, he made buying school shoes somewhat of an enjoyable experience!

We were served on 2 occasions by Ja k, as we returned the first pair of shoes and exchanged them. Jack could not have been more helpful. He was incredibly positive, friendly and genuine. A real asset to the shop.

I have just been in Clarks Eastbourne looking for some new trainers for myself and my 3 year old son and I’ve had the most pleasant experience. Their wonderful staff member, Annalisa, was able to help us at every point. She was very patient with us, very informative and worked great with my son. I have never seen him so calm and excited to try on some new trainers before.

Difficult client with a picky teenager. Lady in the shop was very helpful and patient. We are happy with the purchase.
