Alan was super helpful (Eastbourne)
We were looking for a first pair of walking shoes for our 1 year old. The assistant, Alan, was so friendly and helpful, as well as knowledgeable about the types of shoes and their suitability for new walkers. It took us a while to decide and we tried a few different pairs, but Alan was patient and friendly throughout, and really good with the little one, despite it being a busy bank holiday. Thank you Alan at the Eastbourne store!

Quick and simple
I came in with my daughter (9yrs) to have her foot checked and Alan was quick to help. He got us sat down and measured my daughter and listened to our requested styles and brought down some fitting styles. We were able to get a preferred style ordered in after we used the same style in a different colour as reference. Great person to serve us. We’ll definitely come again

Excellent for kids shoes
We went to get my son measured for more school shoes. We were seen quickly by Lilia. She was very professional and knowledgeable. She was able to recommend the best shoes for my boy who loves football, and she was very good at engaging with myself and my son (6yrs). She was also honest and provided sound advice rather than trying to push every item possible. I will definitely come again.

Well informed and professional!
Iona at Clark’s Eastbourne was so friendly and professional she sized up my feet and chose the perfect size for my atl’s!
I came back in the following week and she served me when I bought my pair of Rossdales, both experiences with her were lovely.

Absolutely smashing service received by Kimberley in store, not only did she cater to my needs, helping me getting my shoes on and off adjusting buckles so they would fit, the poor girl was running around making sure others were ok to, all that she was doing still gave an amazing service to myself.
Well done Kimberley you done amazing and what an asset to Clarks to have you.
