Maddox a great help at leicester fosse park!!

They are really nice and Lovely especially Talisha in Fosse park store she’s been very helpful and nice to find a best shoe for my Son.

Kerry was amazing in helping us out. Honestly some of the best customer experience one could receive. Makes me want to only consider Clark’s in the future if I wanted to buy more shoes. She was swift in organising everything and helped us buy the shoes we wanted.

Sophie was efficient and friendly.

I really enjoyed being helped by Jas today, and being in Clarks. Clarks is an amazing shoe shop that has anything from heels to trainers to school shoes, perfect for any shopping. Today i got helped by Jas, who was patient, determined and had enthusiastic energy while helping me. There was absolutely no rush, and i ended up finding the perfect shoes for me. I had a great time at Clarks today, and im delighted to review 5 stars for my service today.

Thank you Jas for making it easy for my 2 year old to try and buy some new shoes today.

Talisha - our sales assistant was fantastic, really helpful and friendly. My teenage son hates shopping but came away saying this had been a ‘great shopping trip’. Unheard of!

Booked a shoe fitting arrived abit early was seen straight away by Aman she was lovely measured my little boys feet !! Shown me some shoes that wasn’t on the shelf .. My little boy loved Aman when she was making sure his shoes fit he leaned in like he wanted a cuddle . Thank you so much Aman we love his first shoes .. a credit to Clarks

After our local Clarks store unfortunately closed, we made the trip to Clarks Fosse Park in Leicester to get shoes for our nearly 2-year-old daughter. We were helped by Sophie, who was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely keen to help. She quickly found the right shoes in the correct size and was excellent with our daughter. She was patient, friendly, and inspired confidence. We left feeling very well looked after and would happily recommend Sophie and the Fosse Park store to others.

Talisha went out of her way to help us find a particular pair of shoes for my autistic teenager who does not like change. The shoes have been discontinued but she managed to find the last two pairs in the warehouse so we are well stocked now! Thank you for your assistance Talisha .

Fosse Park Clarks - Had a great experience and the staff did everything they could to help. First walking shoes for my little girl with small feet, lots of patience, kind, caring and child friendly. At one point she had 3 different pairs out, and couldn't decide which ones she wanted. Another staff came over and said she looks great in the silver, which are the ones we brought in the end. Great experience and very helpful staff thank you. Especially Maddox, who sat on the floor with us whilst choosing which shoes.

Bloke who served us was great. Felt like the managers were putting a lot of pressure on them- just something to keep in mind. Still had good service.

Talisha at the Fosse Park store was absolutely lovely. Super quick to come over and ask if I needed assistance, extremely friendly and easy to talk to, got me sorted super quick with the style of shoe I've been looking for for a while now, easily 10/10 customer service

We had a truly great experience, thanks to Talisha. She was absolutely brilliant and couldn't have been more helpful. We are so grateful for her kind assistance in finding our baby's very first pair of shoes.

Maddox in Fosse Park Leicester Clarks shop was extremely helpful. Even though the shop was busy she gave us her full attention and both my husband and myself came home with lovely new shoes.
