I came to the Fosse Park, Leicester store and was greeted and helped by Jas. She was quick and efficient with measuring my son’s feet. She brought out all the shoes available in his size. We found the perfect shoes straight away. She was very helpful and the whole experience was great for getting my son’s first pair of shoes. Thank you Jas :)

The children's shoe fitter Talisha was the first competent fitter we have had in so long. My six year old son has a high instep and always requires H fitting shoes due to this. Every time he is measured we are told he is a G fitting, although we have explained about his instep. We then have to go through the suggested motions of trying on a number of shoes that don't fit before the the shop assistant realises that he does in fact need a H fitting shoe. Not with Talisha! Without saying a word she measured him and stated he was a H fitting from the get go. 15mins and two pairs of shoes later we were out the door. It was so stress free compared to all our previous visits and a relief to finally feel confidant in the fitter. Talisha knew the exact styles that would be best and even found us a pair in the sale. If we were able to shop elsewhere for wide fitting shoes for children we would. Clarks are no longer as well made and we have often had to replace the shoes before they have out grown them. The velcro straps that go over, most often are not long enough with being a wide fit and leave such a gap that everything sticks in the material and they end up not working. Thank you Talisha for restoring some confidence. 😃

Talisha is a fantastic sales assistant, made it fun, super easy, and was really welcoming and helpful. Would shop there again purely for her service!

We needed a new pair of school shoes for our daughter (6). Despite the shop being quite busy, we didn’t have to wait long for an assistant to become available (Kerry). She measured our daughter’s feet and helped us/her choose the right pair for her feet. Our daughter had with her a doll in a toy pushchair and Kerry showed interest in the doll, and engaged with our daughter while she explained that the doll might need some shoes to (fortunately for our bank balance, it didn’t!). This was customer service at its best and, now that our local Clarks has closed down (Market Harborough, where the staff were similarly excellent), I’m sure we’ll be back. Thank you, Kerry!

Thank you to Talveen at the Fosse Park shore who made my toddler's first shoe-shopping experience great - she was patient, talked to my toddler at their level and made them feel really comfortable. Thank you!

Visited Fosse Park branch. Useless staff, were not busy, couldn’t be bothered. Went in for toddler shoes. Rude, not bothered. Didn’t have any of the items on display in multiple sizes. The standard response is you can order them online. But that’s why I came in-store to try on the shoes on the kid.

My purchase quick and easy today assisted by Max who was polite and helpful.
