Visited Clark’s at Fosse Park looking for a wide fitting water resistant trainer type shoe. Customer assistant Minaxi was excellent. Found exactly what I needed and in the sale too! After visiting other stores with very little to no help I was very impressed.

Sophie at the Fosse Park branch was so helpful and friendly today helping me to find some suitable sandals for work. Really thoughtful and efficient- a valuable asset indeed.
Plus, I love my new sandals.

I visited the Fosse Park store today to get my son’s feet measured. I was served by Jas & Zahra and they were both fantastic! They both interacted with my son, accurately measured his feet and then ordered us some new shoes! The whole experience was great, nothing was too much trouble and we received a high standard of customer service. So thank you both for making our visit so easy, you’re both assets to the store☺️

Fantastic service from Lillie on her second shift too! I would never have known she was polite, helpful and patient with my chatty son. Thanks to both Sara and Lillie. We have some great school shoes ready for year 5!

Tavleen was so gentle and thorough with all our kids from the 12 year old to the 9 month old - she was honest and clear and was even training someone on the job at the same time

Went in and found the shoes I liked and was taken care of by Talisha who measured my feet and found the right pair which fit perfectly was in and out in less than 10 minutes overall very happy.

I just wanted to share how wonderful our experience was with Talisha at Clarkes in Fosse Park. My mum was visiting and needed a comfortable white pair of trainers - not always the easiest find! Talisha was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. She was attentive, patient, and incredibly kind, taking the time to really understand what my mum needed and making sure she found the perfect fit.

She didn’t rush us, didn’t give up, and treated my mum with genuine care and thoughtfulness. It made the whole shopping trip not just easy, but actually enjoyable.

Amani was absolutely BRILLIANT with my daughter and I a few weeks ago. It was a mad dash for some “work shoes” for a student and she was patient, helpful and definitely made her step count with the number of trips she did to the store room. Several pairs of shoes latter and a much happier mum and (adult) daughter we left with just what we needed. She gave 10/10 customer service and is a credit to the store!!

Talisha at the Fosse Park store brilliant. I got some trainers and my wife got another pair of her favourite sandals but in a different colour.

Went to Clark’s at Fosse Park Leicester today to purchase pre walking shoes for my grandson . Ace at the store was very helpful and engaging, measuring his feet and finding shoes that fitted well.

I have visited the Leicester Fosse Park store twice now with my one year old and been served by Kerry on both occasions and was amazed by the service received. Firstly she must meet so many people but remembered me and my daughter and what size shoe she was! She was also really welcoming and knowledgeable of what shoes would work best and really put my little girl at ease and made the experience a very pleasant one! Will definitely be asking for future fittings with her!
