I want to share how amazing the staff are in the Metro Centre Branch of Clarks. I took my seven year old son in to buy some school shoes. My son is autistic and struggles with having his feet measured so I was nervous about the experience. We were served by Ashton who I have to say was really amazing with my son. He was so patient and understanding and he really tried to put us at ease. I was so happy that I wanted to speak to Ashton’s leader and share our lovely experience. Ashton’s manager also said if we ever wanted to visit again to buy shoes, we could go to a quiet space in order to put my son at ease. We then got served by Lalana (sorry if I’ve spelt that wrong) at the till who was so lovely with us as well! Thanks so much for a lovely experience. Means the world to me and my son!

Friendly efficient service staff were smiley

We were served today by a very helpful and friendly assistant ( Victor ). Victor was lovely with our 4 year old and was extremely patient. After the service we received today at the Metro Centre, we wouldn’t go anywhere else now.

Today I attended metrocentre store with my daughter. My daughter is ten. With size 8 feet. I was very impressed with Emily, she took time to find out what type of shoe my daughter wanted for school. And listened to her concerns of how the shoe felt in her foot. After half a dozen pairs tried on. Emily managed to find a shoe for us that fit well and wel all liked. Thank you

Ashton was friendly approachable and helped my son pick new shoes. Good bloke.

Ashton at the Metrocentre store was so helpful when buying my daughter Evelyn’s school shoes and trainers! He got down to her level and really engaged her in the process of picking her own shoes, and making her comfortable! Thank you so much!

Came in metro centre store today and got my babies feet measured and her first pair of shoes. The young lady, Eisha was so helpful and nice and made our Clarks experience amazing.

Went to Clark’s metrocentre store today. Rang up before I went to get a quiet room as my daughter has autism. The staff member was jack he was brilliant with my daughter. He even brought the payment machine through to the office where we were waiting so we didn’t have to wait in the shop.

My daughter and I took my two grandaughters to get new school shoes for return in september we were served by a lovely lady called Tyra she was a star looking after them.nothing was a bother when we changed styles on shoes .. the girls both left shop happy with their new shoes first time ever it wasnt a nightmare haha thank you again Tyra for your help

Thank you to Liam in the metro centre store for wonderful customer service today. He helped my son find his school shoes and was friendly and helpful throughout. We will definitely go back.

Violet was very polite helpful and knowledgeable my wife was in for work shoes and I came out with some boots thanks to Violets help

Really helpful assistant in Gateshead metro centre - her name is Tyra. She helped with the correct fitting for my feet and had great patience bringing out different fittings for me to try.

After a long day of shopping, my father and I walked into the metrocenter store where Victor provided excellent service, leaving us feeling relieved.

Went to the Gateshead store today. Ashton was great and sorted new shoes for my toddler.

I took my 2.5yr old for new shoes and a foot measurement. Had a great experience and lots if help from Tyra. She was very patient with my daughter and is clearly very experienced in dealing with spirited toddlers.
