Excellent costumer service the staff very friendly love Clarkes Harrow

Very helpful and pursuasive staff - Roxanna was. Tried to to her utmost to help.

Priti was very helpful, supportive and patient. She worked very conscientiously to ensure that I had the comfort and quality that I needed. I was very impressed with all the staff Maridula and Tinny were also very helpful.

The man who served me is very professional he helped me get the correct perfect fit for my shoes. I'm a size 9, but he told me 8 would be perfect fit for me,I didn't believe him at first but he was right. It's good to have someone like him around. His name is Mohamed.

The staff here were excellent in terms of their advice on footwear and customer service overall. The most helpful of all the staff was Tinny, she provided a range of footwear that was comfortable and in a reasonable price range.

There was a new trainee who was very patient and understanding. Very polite staff and ensured that we selected the right shoe.

Tinny is an excellent member of staff with a great knowledge of products!

Clarks is daring enough to stock comfortable shoes made for a variety of feet shapes.

When I visited the St Anns shop, the sales assistant Mariya was helpful and attentative.

She was just a tad too persuasive, or I would have given the shop 5 stars.

Clarks shoes are really great. Mradula was very helpful in getting me the right fit.

Returned defective shoes and was faced with extreme reluctance to deal with the matter appropriately. First claimed that they could not accept the shoes back since I had worn them outside [once]. Eventually identified the design feature causing the discomfort on the basis that "that's all right then". Finally refunded: will never buy clarks shoes again. Not the fault of the branch staff - policies from above.

Roxanna was really helpful and knowledgeable. She helped my son find a comfortable, smart pair of shoes for a special occaision, gave great advice & was really nice, too.

Tinny was excellent at fitting my 2 kids and suggesting styles that would suit their feet (it’s not just as simple as shoe size and width when you have to fit shallow feet and very specific fashion requirements!)
She had lots of experience which was evident when helping us make our decisions and was very thorough with the fittings. Thank you for making a chore into a great experience!

Roxanna and Ameen at the Harrow store were amazing with excellent customer service and both showed extreme professional in their role. Would highly recommended the Harrow store.
