Great service and great staff
Today we popped in for a fitting for our two kids, one of which wears a clamshell brace on their leg making the process a little more tricky. However, we couldn't fault the excellent service from Amna, caring and attentive and also out the kids at ease. All topped off with the realisation that she'd paid for a mini shoe horn for my son out of her own pocket. Thank you!

Great Experience
I went into the Hemel Hempstead Store on Sunday to get my son’s first school shoes, I felt anxious, emotional and just wasnt ready for the experience whatsoever, BUT as soon as I walked in there I was given a ticket to wait and I was greeted by a LOVELY lady Sophie Scott, straight away she made me feel at ease and my son gravitated to her straight away, she measured his feet, gave us the time to choose the shoes we wanted and talked through everything, she even sold me the scuff remover for the shoes, I definitely came out of the store feeling happy and confident we have the right and most comfortable shoes for my sons new primary school journey, all thanks to your staff member Sophie, she is an asset to your time and everyone needs a Sophie working with them
