Absolutely amazing service

Absolutely amazing experience, the staff are very friendly and knowledgeable and Umar was the best sales advisor I have ever come across in all the years I have been shopping with Clarks. Highly recommend the ilford branch. Best service ever.

Incredible Service

Nawfal, our store attendant was incredible. He managed the entire store and although it was stressful, he kept calm and was smiling even with the customers who seemed quite frustrating. The only thing I would say is next time have more people to help out. Great service

Fantastic service by Sahar

Fantastic service by Sahar at the Ilford store today. She made my shy four year old feel at ease and we left with three pairs of shoes. Success! Sahar made sure that we were aware of the current offers too which was very much appreciated. We always feel welcome at this store. Large selection of kids shoes too.

Ilford store service

Rashida served us at Ilford. I went in for one boy's shoes and ended up buying for all. It was the best experience I've had at Clarks in so many years. She was very patient with the boys and us. she spoke to them. Measured their feet one by ine. Gave them options. Brought out different sizes. Listened to their need. and they were immersed in the shopping experience.
