I am really happy with the service I came just to look and return a bag to a different shop. Amrit listened to my problem and was helping me find a sandal I got a few years ago. We ordered that shoe and she started showing me bags too. I bought 2! Thank you to Amrit in ilford. Very good girl

Amrit at 5521 Ilford store was brilliant today. Personable, friendly, professional and unflappable. Sorted out my order/exchange and multitasked training a staff member as well! Deserves to go far in your organisation.

Dillon and Amrit ( I hope that's name of the person who served me) from ilford branch was very kind and humble.I went to ilford shop specifically to order one of sandal which was not available on website. However, when I reached shop shutter was already down due to closing time. However, I look through the glass and asked staff that if they can just help me to know whether they have that particular sandal so I can come back another day. Dillon lifted the shutter and ask how can he help upon explaining to him that I came from far just to check the product availability, Amrit decided to help me out and placed my order same time. These both staff helped me out beyond their paid working hours! Not just I love my clarks shoes but now these particular staff is my favourite too.

Ask for Yanett, she helped me find the best proper shoes for my brother.

The sales lady was very friendly and helpful her name was Amrit. She made my shopping experience very easy .

I took my son to buy his first pair on shoes! Aman was soo helpful greeted us with a smile and helped me choose the best size for my son.
As we all know buying shoes for little feet can be tricky but nothing was too much for Aman very patient and great advice given

Visited the Ilford branch, on Sunday and I was served by young man Mahtab. He served me and my kids as we purchased 3 pairs in total with shoecare products. The best service I’ve ever received, he made sure to show different styles to the kids and me, and he was a friendly chap too. If you go to ilford you need to be served by this lad. 100 STARS*******
